    Painting sights

I know this is an oldie but never the less a godie. Is this the only place to get this glow dust? http://glowinc.com/detail.aspx?ID=42   I checked there a couple of days ago and even had some in my cart then tried to check out and noticed the shipping was $12.50!  OUCH! I'd like to have some of this and $9 plus a reasonable amount of shipping would be ok, but this is a little over the top. You'd think they could put a 1/4 ounce in a baggy and slip it into an envelope.
  2. "I'm Lamar Alexander and I lied through my teeth during this message."
  3. I've got a duralast in my small pickup and its going on 10 years old. Pretty unbelievable for a car battery.
  4. how many times can you say "conservative" in a commercial? He needs to put his plaid shirt back on and hit the road to somewhere, anywhere please!!!   We really need to push for Carr, don't need to split the vote here. Larmar's gotta go.
  5. I'm waiting for the first bidder so I can see if they want to buy a CCW badge.
  6. How long does it take to dry tumble a batch to shineyness
  7. I'm a keltec fan I'd love to have any of those. I'm still looking for a decently priced SU16 Charlie model.
  8. The thing is, there are multiple lots and every one of them is a crazy price. Used to, say a year or so ago, you could pick up a lot for $2.50 a pound or there abouts. Still high at the time, but it made a pretty decent deal for personal or resale.   This is all 5.56, there was one lot of 7.62. Glad I don't need any. jeez
  9. There are several lots of fired brass being offered on Government Liquidation presently. Its all at Ft. Campbell. Bidding closes today and I've been watching it. WOW! Some of It's at $14,000 for around 2,800 lbs. That comes out to around $70 or so per 1000. I can't believe it's going so high. Widners and others retail it for $80 pre paid.   What gives with this?
  10. I've had one of the NRA cards for at least 10 years. They have been good to deal with. They upgraded their website a few months ago and now I can never remember my password because they have so many rules on what it hss to be.
  11. We've got a dual fuel NG American Standard 19 seer I think. There are actually two separate compressors in the unit for efficiency. Its zoned for upstairs/down stairs and has been great. Heat pump cuts out at 34 degrees or there about. If I could do horizontal ground loops I think geo would be the way to go. Could only do vertical wells here and that was too expensive.
  12. I have a gen 1 nv scope and honestly without additional illumination 100 yards is pushing it.
  13. You could get a weapon mounted IR laser. Or a nv eotech.
  14. I've got one of those Fresnel lens about letter page size and you'd better be damn careful with it in the sun. Will focus down to about half inch and will smoke paper or wood in a few seconds..... ants too.
  15. Those boobies got a pecker on 'em.
  16. this is really tempting. What barrel length do you think would make this a sweetest combo?
  17. We're talking preseason here folks. There's not thing one any of us can do at this point about any of it. They're all politicians they all lie, period. We're screwed and we might as well get used to it. I say we go on strike. Deal in barter or cash only. Open a flea market booth and choke the beast to death by not paying any taxes. Where is Ragnar Danneskjöld when you need him? Who is John Galt?
  18. They are great little guns and super accurate. They really fling the brass. Only issue I've ever had with mine is that my thumb knuckle will move the safety up during firing just enough to keep the trigger from working.
  19. Welcome neighbor!
  20. that's mite near in my back yard, I'll keep it in mind.
  21. dang, I might ought to use up those gift cards toot sweet.
  22. I sure miss banana flips, the Little Debbie ones just don't cut it!
  23. Hadn't seen anybody post these. In addition to the typical skillets we use these specialty ones occasionally. Actually I don't think we've ever used the alphabet one
  24. They actually look more like "bluebacks" than "greenbacks", guess that's what happens when you just keep printing it like there's no tomorrow.
  25. Also keep in mind the starting load for refrigerators freezers etc. is more than their running load so your genset needs to be able to handle this. I think mine is rated at 7.5Kw and surge at 8.5 or so.
