  1. had in my cart ready for payment info but showing at regular price, what the...
  2. AIM has their BF up.
  3. Its very versatile in components and interchangeable with 38spl. I've done a lot for 357 wheel guns none for levers. I'm guessing you can find data on nearly all those powders. Bulleseye and 231 may be a bit fast burning especially for the best use in a lever gun. I used to use 296 for lighter bullets and boy did it make a fireball. Might be just the ticket for a longer barrel.
  4. Good to hear. My SBX is on the way. Just need a KAK tube now.
  5. is the KAK tube still the best option for the SBX brace? I'm rounding up parts to put one together.
  6. seems like you can use .32 long colt cases if you don't mind not having the gas seal
  7.   wonder how long their backorder time might be? I never ordered anything from them before
  8. i guess i was trying to get away from having to plug it up to the computer for transferring books. both the nook and kindle have wifi but you cant actually use the wifi on the nook to transfer a library book you still have to plug the usb to your computer. sounds like the kindle would allow it.
  9. so is TN Reads directly compatable with the kindle or do the files have to be converted?
  10. no one seems to have mentioned the Nook. I got one of them for my wife either two or three years ago and I think it's now permanently grown to her. She is never without it and reads all the time. It's time to get her a new one, one that she can read at night. I originally opted for the Nook over the Kindle because of the compatibility of getting books from the library. She has never purchased a book for the reader and doubt she ever will. It still says the Kindle will not work with Epub, but I'm not sure if that's your typical format for library books or not? I think there is probably a better selection of Kindle cases/accessories than the Nook and she does like to browse the internet and maybe the Kindle is better for that. Mainly though it's for reading and checking out library books.   Not sure if I should go back with a Nook, the glow version, or switch over to a Kindle. She has to download her books by connecting it to her laptop currently. Does anyone know if you can connect directly to library services with either of them rather than having to tether to a computer?
  11. we used frontline until it seemed to quit working this summer.ended up getting some Adams brand shampoo and later some Adams spray. they both worked well but did smell of insecticide.
  12. not mine, but interesting if it's something you need.   http://nashville.craigslist.org/tls/4763899804.html
  13. seems like I paid $49 for the revolver and the ammo was about $35/50.
  14. i remember buying one of these when a box of ammo cost nearly as much as the gun
  15. I thought this was pretty interesting. I had not heard of anything like this being used.   http://www.alloutdoor.com/2014/11/11/testing-wwii-exploding-ammunition/?utm_source=Newsletter&utm_medium=Email&utm_content=2014-11-15&utm_campaign=Weekly+Newsletter
  16. Any and all chokes are allowed so come on out. Loaner guns are available as well. Free hot coffee and hot chocolate!
  17. I'd say it's a bit of skill and luck. Some guns pattern better than others so knowing where your particular gun patterns would be helpful.   We try and make this a fun event for everyone. There will potentially be 8 year olds with .410s shooting alongside everyone else, men, women, girls... and I've seen the .410 win. It's a great cause, should be great fun and maybe you can bring home the bacon too! There hasn't been a turkey shoot in Lebanon in quite a while to my knowledge, so we're hoping to revive a fun event for the cause.
  18. The rules are pretty open. 12ga and under, 36" bbl. and under. Ammo is provided. Closest pellet to the center cross on the target wins.
  19. If anyone is interested there's a turkey shoot this Saturday in Lebanon at the Wilson County Fairgrounds. 8am-2pm   They'll have turkey, country ham, and bacon rounds, maybe even a money shoot or two. Come out and try your skill.   Proceeds go toward restoration of the 7th TN Flag. The flag was the very first battle flag used by the 7th Tennessee Infantry Regiment at the beginning of the War Between the States. Six of the ten companies forming the 7th TN were from Wilson County and were mustered into service July 1861. Lebanon’s own Brigadier General Robert H. Hatton was the commander. The flag is currently in storage at the Tennessee State Museum. A 1960s restoration of this flag, which encased it in rough nylon netting sewn tightly by machine, is gradually tearing the flag apart. The conservation treatment will consist of removing this netting stitch by stitch and framing the flag for display. The General Robert H. Hatton Camp has committed to take the lead in raising $22,000 for the restoration of this flag. The 7th Tennessee Infantry Regiment served as part of the Tennessee Brigade which operated as part of the Confederate Army of Northern Virginia. The 7th TN had a long history of courage and determination as evidenced by its participation in every major battle in which the Army of Northern Virginia fought including part of Pickett’s charge at Gettysburg. By April 2, 1865, the entire brigade consisted of only 860 men and 87 officers. Of these, the 7th Tennessee had only 134 survivors remaining in the regiment. The 7th Tennessee would continue to fight bravely right up until the surrender of the Army of Virginia at Appomattox.

    M1 Carbine

I like mine. shoots great not real loud. I put an ultimak on mine and like it though I have not mounted an optic. They are pretty accurate with just the irons. Mine handles anything including fmj sp or cast bullets.
  21. i quit buying it some time ago, didn't like trashing up my trash with it.
  22. wow, gander just sent out an ad with mini mags for $8/100. Liimit 5. that a pretty good deal if they have any
  23. I've sold several houses in Antioch for people as a real estate agent. What still strikes me as funny is that the people who live there can't wait to sell and get out, and then there are buyers who can't wait to buy a house and move in!
  24. Which supplier did you use off Amazon? Seems like there's a bunch of them.
