be careful about going whole hog on getting a presale inspection. What some inspectors find and suggest getting repaired, others either won't find. Unfortunately some are just clueless. Anything an inspection uncovers you will have to disclose so sometimes ignorance is bliss. Repairs are always a negotiating point, so unless there is something huge there will be plenty of time time to work it out.    Make sure your down spouts are running the water away from the house well. That's an easy fix and often is an issue.

I think I like hot chicken but my only experience is Popeyes. I like the flavor of their spicey and its a little hot, but not sure if it's in the league of Princes or others.

Bersaguy....I've got an old Rambler radiator from the 60s that needs repairing. Has a couple cracks in the top tank that I can see, probably other problems too since it hasn't been used in 20+ years. Is the United place capable of doing a repair on old school stuff? I used to get radiators repaired down on Murfreesboro Rd. but they are out of business years ago. It was a nasty place but they did good work.

I just shot off some .45, .223 and 9mm Perfecta and it was total crap  :puke: :puke: :puke: I suggest you guys don't buy any more, it's just plain old junk. Half of it I had to pull the trigger twice, and the other felt like it was going to blow my gun up.  :dunno:

thumbs up for Blacklist. I've only seen a few episodes but am hooked. Need to go back and watch the beginning.
