1. I guess those gold and silver plated ak's that came in the fancy case and were autographed by him just shot up in value greatly. You guys remember those? Earlier this year I believe
2. dang this is a bummer. makes me wanna hold on to my saiga ak even tighter!
3.
same.
X3 I like them quite well actually. Never had a single problem with them. Last year they gave me hbo for free for being a loyal "digital preferred" customer for so many years. That was a nice surprise. I figured it might just be for a few months or so but we still have it and arent getting charged for it so its permanent i guess. They also automatically upgrade your equipment from time to time when the equipment you have becomes outdated. They sent me a new wireless router a few months ago that helped my speeds out on our wireless wifi devices a ton. All in all couldnt be happier.
4. I bought my truck from Marshall Mize in 2008. I agree with everything you said. My salesman was great. Not high pressure at all. I will be going back there for sure when I go to buy again.
5. I have a few lodge pieces. I couldnt believe how much better breakfast foods (eggs, bacon, sausage, etc) tasted when cooked with cast iron. Wonder why?
6. Amen bersaguy people are nuts this time of year
7. Speaking of being safe for the holidays, I feel like i should mention/spread the word about a facebook post a friend made last night. This happened at the Wal Mart in Hixson. The clerk tried to sneak in a visa gift card into his purchase! He didnt notice it till he got home, and was unloading his car and thought the tally seemed a little high, got to looking at his receipt, and sure enough there about halfway down the receipt read "visa gift card" or something along those lines. In the amount of $25. He said the walmart managers were very nice and professional about it though, and got his money back. Im assuming the clerk got fired.    Check those receipts this time of year folks!
8. wow this thread jumped 6 pages since last time I looked at it. If I ever wanna get tgo fired up, I know how now!

10. oh boy, here we go.....
11. Do you have to request the stuff or do they send it all to you automatically?
12. I will have to renew mine soon, do they send you everything you need to renew by mail? how does it work exactly?
13.
Yes. Make Grendel the caliber. You won't sweat the ATF wait, because you won't have a barrel.
Ha good point, although thats outta the question though because ammo is too expensive and too scarce for the volume of shooting i plan on doing. Going to go with the ol 5.56.
14. Well guys the wait is on, just mailed all my paperwork off today. Any ideas on how to make a years worth of time go by fast?
15.
No sir, I started to mention that but figured I would see if someone made a guess. It is a Kansas deer and is technically/legally a Whitetail but him and I both suspect that is has a bit of muley in him somewhere along the way. I wish my first buck would have been this size... heck I've killed 75-80+ deer and never taken one this size.
I used to live in kansas, good quality deer out there. Unfortunately i was younger and hadnt started hunting yet so i didnt know what i was missing.
16. I miss the chopper gunner from black ops 1. That thing was a beast!
17.   Dont drag Chattanooga in on this. My city is perfect in every way.The whole state is going to hell in a hand basket and you all are dragging Chattanooga down with you...  :stir:
18. greetings from a fellow Chattanoogan!
19. Although a great game, cod4 mw isnt my favorite. My personal favorite would be either mw2 or black ops 1
20. Thats exactly what I told him. Of all the times Ive been in the woods, Ive never seen one!
21. He is for sure dave, he took a bobcat on Nov 25th as well (season opened for them on Nov 22nd) he is getting mounted. This will be three deer he has on the wall, this one being the biggest, and a bobcat mount as well. He just turned twenty a few months ago! Ive got some catching up to do.
22.
Y'all got the truck tire parked on top of his hoof so he doesn't get up and run off? ;) Nice buck lil' brother!
Dangit you caught us....we just had him pinned down. He stopped thrashing just long enough to take this shot lol
23.
They prefer pricks
BAZINGA!
24. I really like the way it looks, and with that 20" barrel and some good ammo im sure it will be a tack driver
25.
Here's how far I've gotten. I haven't fired it yet, and I need to decide what type scope mount I want to buy. The only snag I ran into was getting that little clip on the pin that holds the dustcover in place. Other than that, I bought too many tools, and it was much easier and straightforward than I anticipated.
Very slick looking rifle there
