1.   Not until it was time to get down. Thats how my luck usually goes. Hadnt seen a thing and it had got to dark to shoot. So I hook my gun to my tether and start lowering it to the ground. It gets about halfway to the ground and I hear some commotion to the right of me. I look up and can just barely make out the back end of a deer running away. It wouldnt have done me any good anyway cause it was too dark to shoot. I just barely could make out that it was a deer. I couldnt tell if it was a buck or a doe either. It was by itself whatever it was. Maybe next time!
2. well I guess I AM the odd man out
3. so I hope im not the only guy around here that likes egg nog this time of year. what whiskey are you guys using? I'm trying to find a good combo. I've drank the Evan Williams pre mixed egg nog and it's not all that bad  :hiding: but I want a more civilized whiskey to mix my own with haha. I know Southern Comfort tends to be a good choice, what else?

10. Ive waited for this day for many months!
11. I should have explained a little better. I'm not trying to run a dual monitor setup. I'm wanting to use the 24" led tv I bought for double duty. As a pc screen and my gaming tv. I had my pc hooked up to one hdmi slot on the tv, and my gaming system on the other hdmi slot on the tv. The problem was that, when hooked up via hdmi to the tv screen, the pc gave me issues. Screen/display issues, not performance issues. For example the screen would just go black sometimes. The pc would still be running, but there would be no display on the screen. It would not do this every time, but did it pretty often.
12. it is probably 4 years old approximately. Windows 7.   Sam1.....how do I check the resolution and refresh rate issue? I will also try a different hdmi cable
13. so a while back I bought a small westinghouse 24" led tv to replace my old outdated pc's lcd monitor. I was also going to use it as a gaming tv. My plan was to hook the pc up on one hdmi, and my gaming console on the other hdmi. This way I would not have two monitors on my desk. The westinghouse is 1080p if that info is helpful. The problem I'm having is when its hooked up, the pc runs like crap half the time. On a couple instances I would be in the middle of something and the monitor would just turn off. The pc tower would still be on, but the monitor would go black and I could not get it to come back on. The tv has a vga plug, but I was really wanting to run it via hdmi. Is there some mundane setting somewhere I'm not changing to run hdmi? Am I overheating the video card? I know there are several computer gurus on here that can help me out. So what do you think?
14. I was feeling patriotic tonight

16.
I was blessed Reed, not to have anything other than the cough and a few headaches from the lisinopril. In my colorful medical history I seem to get whatever side effect that can be gotten when taking a new med. So that did concern me when reading up on the med. It's just amazing how we react to these chemical compounds. And a great miracle that more of us don't have more problems from them than we do.
Aint that the truth!
17. I was on Lisinopril and HCTZ combo for a few years. I hated it. After about 6 months of being on it I had my first ever heart palpitation. If you've never had one before it will scare the crap out of you. I literally had my phone in my hand fixing to call 911 because I thought I was having a heart attack. It was over in about 2 seconds though.I had never had them in my life before till after I started the Lis-HCTZ combo. The last few months I was on it, I was having them almost daily. You get used to them after awhile, but they still suck. I finally asked my Dr. to change my bp meds, and he put me on Inderal (propanolol), which is a beta blocker. I love it! No heart palps for a few weeks now. I still take the hctz with it. It also helps me in the aspect that I was always tachycardic at rest. On the Inderal, my heart rate is now down to about 65-70 bpm at rest. Heart palps ARE a listed side effect of Lisinopril, albeit a rare one. So I cant say 100% it was that that caused it, but I had never had one till after I started it. I dont have them anymore either, so its hard NOT to come to that conclusion.
18.
I just checked in thinking you might have a herd of them you actually needed droving to somewhere: - OS
That would have to be one of the worst jobs a man could have!

20. Hey man I was wondering the other day where you had been! Good luck with your decision making.
21. so what exactly needs to be done to the back end of one of these pistol to accept a stock? Do you need to drill holes, etc?   Also, I'm guessing the engraving rule applies to these as well? Where do people normally do the engraving on an ak receiver?
22. Its usually pretty decent. Its one of the bigger ones in the chattanooga area.
23. ill be there. Dont know which day yet. I need to find a few miscellaneous ar parts.
24. I guess I am just a glutton for punishment. It's more of a novelty item for me. I've burned (pun INTENDED) several of my macho "there's no hot sauce too hot" tough guy buddies with that stuff. I have 6 or 7 bottles of hot sauce in the fridge, my favorite's are the ghost pepper sauces. Jalapeno and Habanero sauces just dont cut it anymore.
