  1. Here you go: http://home.comcast.net/~jlemons01/ReloadingForTheM1Rifle_JohnRClarke.pdf
  2. Speer Lawman is very clean if you can find it. It is FMJ with the base closed off, so no lead fouling.
  3. You could at least post some ****.
  4. So killing someone with a gun is worse than killing them with a knife? I'll keep that in mind.
  5. I'm still having trouble finding 9mm and .45 ACP. Walmart seems to have a steady supply of Federal .40 S&W though.
  6. Yeah not far, I'm on Old Hickory Blvd just off I40.
  7. Cool, they're about 10 minutes from my place.
  8. How much did that cost you? I might run out there and get one.
  9. I don't own one, but I shot one at the Hero Gear shoot this summer. I'm pretty sure I'll own one in the future. They are very sweet shooters.
  10. Any .22 suppressor should work. You'll just need to get your barrel threaded.
  11. My dog ate my blinds. If you look in my third story apartment window, you deserve what you see.
  12. I want one of those but I can't bring myself to buy one while there are still guns I need and don't have .

    Garand pr0n!

I was thinking of doing that. What did you use to finish it?
  14. I have one, it's awesome! Black on black is the way to go. I have zero interest in the 3.8" barrel, maybe someone will like it. I need a good weapon light and thigh holster for it.
  15. ATF took the money from my account on 10/10/09 and I just received my FFL today. It was mailed on 12/11 so two months and one day. I don't remember exactly but I think it took them three or four days to process payment. I'm pretty excited, now I just need to find a M44 for a decent price.
  16. Yeah I did pretty good with the full size, Joe turned around and put 5 rounds in 3 holes to make me look bad.
  17. That's good news about the threaded barrel. I would be interested in mounting a sound suppressor on it if I had one. Looks like its time to sell the 10/22 and look for one of those!
  18. Using "loose" instead of "lose".
  19. A Vortex Strikefire would be a good option, they're going to be closer to $150 though. A Primary Arms is another option and a little cheaper. Primary Arms M4 Style Red Dot - For Optics Accessories & More . They both get good reviews over at ARFCOM.
  20. If I get a high end custom 1911 I'm thinking it'll be one of Hero Gear's. I have a hankering for a Springfield Loaded Micro or Loaded Champion on the mean time.
  21. It comes in black too. I couldn't justify that price tag but I bet it shoots awesome.
  22. I carry my Glock with a round chambered, miraculously I haven't shot myself in the leg. I see an gun without a round chambered as being unloaded. Drawing and chambering a round, especially with a full magazine inserted, is more difficult than it would seem. Fortunately I don't have any children in the house. If I did the weapon would remain on my person or be locked in a quick access safe.

    AR-15 Build

Ain't that perty! I'd go with an Aimpoint over an Eeotech based on when I've read about reliability and battery life, but to each his own .
  24. I've opened cans of ammo older than you, they all work %100. Not sure what your problem was but ammo usually keeps pretty well unless it had gotten wet and was corroded.
  25. 6 mags? Buy him more mags. . What about a Magpul ACS stock? He'll need to have a mil spec buffer tube, or you could get a CTR stock for a commercial spec tube (which the Bushmaster has).
