  1. I'll take my AR or shotgun over a .45 ACP any day of the week. 30 rounds 60gr TAP in the AR, 9 rounds of 9 pellet high velocity 00 buck in the shotgun. Pistols are for fighting your way to a long gun.

    Taurus TCP?

I had one, I really can't say anything bad about it other than I just didn't like it.
  3. I'll be drinking, but the AR will be propped up nearby. Just because I'm intoxicated doesn't mean I have to submit to the will of a burglar.
  4. Sadly they lived.

    Diablo 3

I'm in beta, played it for about 10 minutes and decided I never wanted to play again. Also, Daniel I probably need to buy a gun from you soon .
  6. I don't shoot as much as I used to or would like to, but I've never had to wait for a lane at Montgomery Co. I'm on the west side of Nashville so the drive isn't bad, doesn't take me any longer to get there via back roads and hwy 49 than it does to get to Stones River. I probably should just let it go, but i was highly annoyed when an RSO at Stones River jumped my **** because of rapid fire on the rifle range. All my shots were on target and hitting the berm.

    AR-? Help me decide!

No. With my 4x ACOG there was a slight blur of the front sight but it didn't interfere with shooting. Front sight post is gone now though .
  8. Sounds like you're reaching with your Rand Paul comment. He doesn't want special treatment for being a politician, he doesn't want anyone treated like that.
  9. Too busy for me, check station is annoying when you're carrying several rifles and a range bag. I prefer Montgomery County Shooting Complex.
  10. Mine hasn't had a failure yet. 200 rounds in one session the first time out wasn't exactly fun though!
  11. I have a 1.5" belt from Beltman, 1.25" belt from Kramer Leather, and a 1.5" Wilderness Instructor belt. Like em all, leather beats nylon.
  12. If they'll actually answer.
  13. Kahr CM9 Guess I'm late to the party. TL DR.
  14. My FN SLP Mk 1 is very tolerable with 3" turkey loads. Fired an 870 with the same load, not fun.
  15. Looks pretty sweet, hope they put one out in 9mm. They'd be filling a niche that Glock refuses to if they do.
  16. Yep, I'd better start practicing now. I think I actually scared turkeys away last year trying to call them.
  17. No carbines, they're evil assault rifles.
  18. I have tried it, I was unimpressed. Definitely not worth $50. My usual these days is Four Roses Single Barrel. I got a bottle of 12yo Ezra Brooks Single Barrel a while back, that's good stuff too.
  19. Got mine coming today, can't wait. Bust em!
  20. I always have my Surefire E1B clipped to my front left pocket. I can't see a reason not to.
  21. I wanna shoot it!

    CHMR Range Fees

Still very reasonable. I think he was adding on to the range too, long range rifle lanes and other stuff that I've forgotten.
  23. The S&W and Sig are the only two I would even consider. I bought the S&W, love it.
  24. Found their terms and conditions. 25.99% APR.
  25. ACOG TA31F 4x.
