  1. I know there is. Logic and lawyers don't mix (no offense intended Brian). I tend to think logically and got irritated at the situation.
  2. www.crutchfield.com
  3. Very true, just making sure fellow reloaders were aware of their rules. As far as them not being able to guarantee the quality of my reloads, they can't guarantee the quality of the Tula ammo I picked up from Walmart either. I hope the store does well. I'll continue to shoot my reloads at Guns & Leather.
  4. I, for one, never intend on buying factory ammo in .45 ACP or 30-06 again. Seeing as how my Glock 21 and 1911 are my favorite pistols to shoot that just don't work out for me.
  5. Just an FYI for those of you who were considering visiting the Nashville Armory when they open. They will not allow you to shoot your reloads at their range. I was excited to have a nice range closer than what's currently available, but that just killed it for me.
  6. I may be mistaken but i thought it was actually illegal in KY to post a business as no firearms allowed.
  7. I don't like to answer the door unarmed, even if I know damn well it's the pizza guy.
  8. I'm bored, halfway drunk and ready to piss off some redcoats, but I don't see a comments section.

    Handling Misfires

I don't have any personal experience, but with a polymer pistol it will likely destroy the frame and leave you with some minor shrapnel wounds to your hand. I'd bet it also stings like a mother####er.

    Handling Misfires

Your gun isn't going to explode from a misfire. We're talking about firing a round after a squib. A squib is a round that contains no powder, the primer will get the bullet out of the casing and lodged in the barrel. Following that up with a round that goes of as intended creates an overpressure and resulting kaboom.

Firing a round after a squib can definitely blow up your gun. Not saying it will 100% of the time but it is highly likely.

If you haven't had any professional training, I recommend it heavily. I'm not sure what the status of CIS is, their schedule doesn't look so hot. I really don't want to shoot at cameramen at Tactical Response. Is there anyone else giving quality training in the Mid TN area?

    Handling Misfires

I've had misfires before, I chambered them again and they fired. Supposedly you keep the gun pointed downrange for 30 seconds or whatever in case it's a hang fire. Personally that's bad training, gotta clear the malfunction and get back in the fight.
  14. I touched a gun once when I was AF.
  15. I disagree. I've never had an issue checking a firearm.
  16. I'm not going to sit here and research laptops for you all night, but the 17" screen with an i5 and 8GB of RAM would be my choice out of those two. 14" screen would suck for gaming and Alienware don't mean #### to me anymore since Dell bought them.
  17. Saw a nice looking 6 or 8 pointer on Natchez Trace tonight. Tons of deer out there, wish I could hunt it.
  18. Not illegal to own, but illegal for a dealer to sell it. So no, you're not getting any unless you can find an individual that purchased it before 1994 and wants to sell it.
  19. XM855 is green tip with a steel penetrator. Green tip is not AP. AP is black tip with a tungsten penetrator and you're not going to find it for sale at a reasonable price.
  20. Took the Garand and Mosin out to Cheatham WMA on the 4th, along with just about everything else in my safe. Bought a Dillon 550 primarily to feed the Garand.
  21. I bought it from UHaul, I didn't exactly want those guys working on my truck though.
  22. I'm not especially mechanically inclined and I did it myself on a 2000 Silverado. Just a few bolts in some preexisting holes.
  23. Oddly enough I ran into your first video earlier by accident. I forget why I clicked it.. yeah that's it. For some odd reason I've decided to buy a banjo, so I went to Youtube and searched Earl Scruggs and just let the videos play in order.
  24. I like my CM9, but the Glock 21 just feels right.
  25. You can't add sugar after the tea is cold, it will just sink to the bottom. I quit drinking anyone's sweet tea except my own or my grandma's.
