  1. M855 would be a poor choide for home defense. I have 60gr Hornady TAP loaded in mine. Look at how M193 fragments in gel leaving less mass for over penetration. The box-o-truth (google it) has some tests vs drywall. Birdshot is for birds.
  2. Beltman belt and Comp-tac MTAC is my preferred carry gear. But yeah, you'll have to get used to it. I have a Crossbreed for my 21 and I like it better, just not enough to replace the MTAC for my 19.
  3. Probably wouldn't be any cheaper at Bass Pro even if there was no panic buying.
  4. Nice. We're trying to find another desktop support guy and not having a whole lot of luck. Sound like you're out of our salary range anyway!
  5. Wouldn't mind some of that so I could shoot my M44 indoors at Nashville Armory. Pretty sure my surplus stuff is steel core, or at least a bi-metal jacket that will attract a magnet.
  6. I couldn't care less about wine, but I'd love to see high gravity beer at the grocery store. I've got no problem going to the liquor store to get it, but I'm hoping there would be a bit more variety to choose from.
  7.     It's been out for a while, and I hate it.
  8.   I put a Corbin seat on it and that helped a lot. I'd rather not lower the pegs. I'd like to try out a Ninja 1000 and see if that helps any.
  9. Bad words inside...   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5xU6-OS0xRU
  10. Jacketed bullets are fine.
  11. I only worry about it on my 1911. Don't think it'll hurt the Glock. If it does, a monkey with a pin punch could fix it.
  12.   Why would I do that?
  13. I hate the way a M4 type adjustable stock looks on a shotgun.
  14. Nice piloting. Now let's warm that deer up a bit... on the grill.
  15. You'd think they'd get dinged for not dropping the magazine first. That muzzle brake is also much more difficult to remove after shooting a couple hundred rounds of shitty ass 5.45.
  16. You paid more than I would.
  17. Firefox prompted me to open it, but it opens fine in iTunes.
  18.   You got that right. I'm pretty sure I'd wear out the cartilage in my elbow even on the 550b. I'd like to be given a fighting chance, though.
  19.   Chrome can install itself on a per-user basis which does not require admin rights. We block it's known installer filenames with a GPO but a savvy person could get around that. The problem lies when it makes itself the default browser and resources that require IE no longer function, then it generates a trouble ticket.
  20. Check in your local liquor store.
  21.   37 degrees today and just a little snow in the forcast. Weather seems fine to me!

    Glock 20 gen 4

I just recently got a Glock 20 Gen 2 on a trade. I really want a Gen 4. My Gen 4 21 is my carry gun.
  23. Dude needs to tough out 4 more years if he wants retirement benefits, simple as that. I don't know why this is even news.
  24.   Yeah, the I40 route was quite boring. Stopped in AZ for the night, then 26hrs straight to TN. Thankfully Arkansas had Sundrop!
  25. Wohoo, free brass!
