Spiffy

TGO is the only message board that I am a paying member of. I used to have an account at AR15 but I let it lapse and with the level of general butthurt that site admin over there have I don't see how anyone can justify paying for a site that can ban you for their lack of reading comprehension.   So where do you hang out that you wouldn't pay to play.

Many years ago in the days of AOL 3.0 I was dating a woman and we both had AOL. She hung out in a poetry chat room and I hung out in a PC Tech room. One night after we had done the deed :D She called me Love Monkey because Im hairy, then  said I was Spiffy.   When I got home I made the AOL name SpiffyLoveMonkey and popped in her chat room........well like all bad jokes it stuck. I was on that account more than my other one and over time it got shortened to Spiffy. There are people online and back at ITT who probably think my real name is Spiffy. Nancy took to calling me Spiffy and I used it on video games. My BFF use it more than my real name.   So it kinda is my real name. I do answer to it :D

  Specially since I learned the 2nd shot you can't cock it with it on safe..only took 20 mins to figure that out LOL

I got the KBAR Night Fighter a couple years back. It's same but with half/half serrated blade. Came with a leather sheath but Blackhawk made a kydex/plastic one back then.     You got a good looking knife.

I decided to bow hunt this year after SEVERAL years of not hunting. Pulled out the old compound and slapped a brand new set of sights on it! So 4 lost arrows later I am the proud new owner of a Wicked Ridge crossbow :D

Midway had some M&P 9 mags. I got my 2! Hope they get here before Saturday so I can shoot my M&P for IDPA .

  And right there is the point. The cost of living in the USA. Like the fast food workers who are striking say you really can't pay rent, eat and have a car and buy gas on $7.50 an hour. And it has nothing to do with greed. We are all subjected constantly to the "American Dream" and "Keeping up with the Jones's". There are no more good job and unless you were in the top 5% of your good college class don't even worry about getting a job like you thought you'd get when you picked that Major. We are a longggg way from what everyone's ideal is........hell even the Free Stuff Army is complaining because Obama isn't paying their rent or buying their gas like they thought he would.

I use a nylon maxpedition and I like Fossil brand wallets. I have a made in china cowboy wallet/checkbook that is kinda nice when I wanna carry a longer than normal one.

When we were looking into armed guard cards for the church team CCA offered a class. Not sure if they do now since they changed owners or not but they might have the name of the trainer.

  With a mag that big........I'd mount my iPhone on it!!

My personal opinions on the topic is On The Body loaded chamber / Off the Body unloaded chamber.

It was a temp! My regular guy quit on me :(   I am pretty proud of that plate rack run. I think if I had "reset" my position in relation to the rack I would have got my mojo rising again.

If you didn't know it was slowed down you'd think it was a man but knowing its just a 45 at 33  you can "hear" Dolly. It's how she says the words but I have heard this song a million times so I can hear it in my head.

Yeah your gonna have to go custom and more than likely have to send them your gun. Outside of that you'd have to use a full out race holster and thats more than a custom rig.
