What's the minimum to get started in these matches?  I have an old Bushmaster HBAR 20". Would that and factory 55 grain be enough to start?

What's the word on magazines?  They use some from a current gun or new/different. If new/different are they gonna be $50 to $60 a pop?

IPSC has an airsoft division overseas but they had access to airsoft guns that are almost as well made as good quality firearms.

Do they still let you use a 22 if you want to for the range part? The place where a guy I know took the class they had 22s you could use if you paid for the ammo.   Back when I took the test you could almost throw rocks at it and pass.

Would it be possible to see a full shooters for Most Accurate ?  I'd like to see how far down I was and I think it would be interesting to see with all the tight shots.

I give this match 4 3/4 stars out of 5.............there was no fresh baked cookies during the shooters meeting.

Question: What is the best address to put into mapquest or iPhone maps to get to the range?   I put in the full address and it took me to a Cricket store east of Nashville. I left off the zip code and I think it took me to the right place. On the map it looks like it's between Dickson and Waverly.

  I've had dealers tell them the make and model over the phone when they call it in.  Whoever they talk to might not type it in during the check on their end but it still sounds odd at the time.

I figure they keep records when they do the background check, but if they are checking to see if I can legally purchase a firearm why do they need the serial number, make, model and caliber of the gun.

I saw some Benchmades that active with the AXIS lock. You could use it on either hand.
