I take it you've never been to The Range in North Carolina. A couple of big hay fields with short berms and some bays look like places we've cut firewood out of here on the farm.   Triple the size of ORSA's AP range or double the size of MCTS range and we'd have a venue as good or better than most I've seen.  Heck if VA State can run 18 bays where their IDPA club is it's doable anywhere.

  Was a staple in many western movies for a plot line too.

FOR SALE  625 and Master Tac holster.............     I hold no hope for the Optics division.........but I think it will get the nod since you can already shoot Compact Carry Guns in SSP or ESP.

  While your looking into that  check about the reverse of it.....what if you beat enough people to get a bump, but they weren't all legal shooters. I know my gut tells me if they were all legal shooters then there wasn't enough shooters for a bump but since your looking into it.

The weather DIDN'T effect the turn out!    Parking lot was full at 8 am.......scared me for a min!   I'll confess that I thought about actually tanking the match. I didn't shoot my best game but I still shot too good to get into Bronze. 

I'm curious how the weather will effect the turn out.     And Dan you know that top Bronze spot is MINE!

  I've never been not helped by the staff at Robbies.  Usually when I go in there I wanna talk to Robbie so I don't go unless I got time to kill just looking around waiting for him to get "freed" up.

  There is a new store in that same building now.  I haven't been in yet but I looked in the window when I 1st saw the sign. Might be worth a try.  For new guns I use the shop off Watt Rd. 

Wont they be shooting 3 gun this weekend at ORSA and IDPA on the weekend of the 1st/2nd?

I haven't actively gotten a dog in years. Dad has brought home 2 begeals in the last 20 years and 3 hunting dogs decided to adopt me. Just a perk of country living.

  Nope gonna run my M&P and the last of this batch of fal coated bullets.  With the tight shots and longer than usual distances...well for me at least...I know I can make those shots with the M&P. When your shooting for top of the lowest sector need all the edges I can get.

I'm happy with the development of the 40 S&W round. It's the perfect gamer round for minor scoring!

Looks to me like it would easier to dislodge the gun from the holster if something got hung on the ejection port.

For those who have shot the match are the stage round counts more USPSA than IDPA?  Meaning will you need more than 3 mags and 2 pouches?

I just wonder if it will say "Based on true events" or "Based on mostly true events"........   Either way I'll most likely go see it. I like how Eastwood makes movies.
