The only way to beat ORSA is to own a farm where you can shoot. Great people and really nice facilities. There is pretty much competitions for everything so you're not just stuck benchrest shooting.

From what I understand the Stoeger is turkey made clone of the Benelli M2. It is or was recently all the rage for entry shotgun for 3 gun.  I've shot one all slicked up and they are nice and the recoil is nice on it. If I hadn't just loved the Beretta 1301 I'd have gotten one.

Glad to hear you got it straightened out.  Since there is no "standard" it seems for AR-10 pattern guns they can be a little bit of a pain.

  I'm not sure I'd call adapter plates an upper hand but it would cut into their market.

Up close and personal.........shotgun & handgun for social work the 6.5 works good for me. 3.5 is for target shooting and slightly longer ranges.

Most of the girls in the pageants aren't even "that" pretty. Sure they are pretty but best in the Universe.........no.

  When I got mine done I had it coated in Aqua-Terra back when they started offering that. With the holidays and SHOT show I think I was right around a month wait.

+1   I think the new glocks and HK LE model gets this right.   They should also some with night sights.

Well I don't stage my triggers or have my finger on the trigger till I'm ready to shoot......so I think I'm ok.

  Are you sure you're not "over filling" it?  We are on the 2nd year of ours and burning about 6 big chucks of wood. We figure out it didn't take much to keep the water hot after we stopped trying to use it like a basement stove.

  You have dogs just show up?  We've had 2 do that to us. I guess they didn't pay the begals any attention when they said "move along!".

  I need to get some more G19 mags.  I've been using just 1 in the gun and full size mags for reloads. Maybe I'll try some magpuls since the full size ones I bought work good.

  Shotgun reloading reminded me why I have a pair. Laying a thumb along the barrel when it's hot is not a fun thing.
