  Well there is talk about a 100 acre ranch about 8 mins from my house starting a range. The guy shoots 3 gun mostly so there will probably be a new 3 gun match halfway between Knoxville and Chattanogga if they get that going. Not sure if they will have IDPA/USPSA matches or not.

  I've always felt welcome down there. I dare say I feel more welcome there than ORSA. Lots of people is a good thing. It means it's growing.....and you don't have to run down and paste every time :D. I make the matches there mostly in the Spring and Summer so I don't have 2 sets of rules floating around in my head.

  Well last year or the year before there was a mysterious 22 caliber hole in one of the clay towers and they  "kicked" 3gun off the 100 yard bay. I don't remember how that played out but there was quite a bit of fussing about it.   Sometimes a "club" enjoys the money from the matches but don't really want to be "put out" by the matches.     As for the web site itself, ORSA is kinda the same way. There are links to the AP club but it's not easy to find.

My M&P Pro always auto forwards and I use strong hand with my Glock because the extended release sits right at my thumb.

  I've been hit twice by ricochets at major Matches. Once on a steel challenge stage with a 45......and I was at the safe table. That one left a mark on my fat cheek and one from a wussy 9mm on the arm.

  My 2 seater cart turned into a 7 or 8 person gear hauler....be careful my friend you could be tying people to the roof rack!

I'm surprised they didn't do something like RedJacket did and one of the workers buy into the shop and get their FFL.

I wouldn't drive on it nor let anyone I had direct control over drive on a tire like that.   That said I've seen people drive on worse.....shivers.

When I bought my safe I knew nothing about safes and there wasn't really the internet back then to research and learn from. I just talked to the owner of the gun shop I was supporting and asked him what safe he recommended. He said he used a certain safe at home and in the store so I said order me one.   For my 2nd safe upstairs I got a black friday deal at Gander Mountain. It's a decent safe and Im sure with time someone could get in it but they'd have to rearrange the bedroom to get access to the sides.

Or in other terms....how I can't get a REAL man to screw me and have to convince myself to settle for the Beta Metorsexuals.

There is nothing complicated about a Glock. It's probably the perfect gun in that regard.
