Of course, that would preclude all of the sewer rats we currently hold public office.    Are the teachings of the Koran consistent with what the founders envisioned? As long as it promotes lying to "infidels", and instituting sharia law, then it is inappropriate.   Why is it OK to offend Christians, but not people of other faiths, especially Muslims?

I do not doubt that Romney walks the walk of his faith.   Evangelical Christians and Mormons have much more in common with one another than either have with Muslims.

The first time I was ever confronted with the idea that Jesus was not what I had been taught that He was, it was like a slap in the face because I had never thought of Him that way. I get weary of people ascribing attributes to Him that are totally false.   Like Pastor Wickwire, I don't like nice either. Kind, yes, but not nice. I don't trust "nice", especially people who are overly so. I don't trust someone who is nice all the time and smiles too much.   I'm personally grateful that Jesus is one tough hombre, because if He wasn't, He would have never gone to the cross to save me from my sins.   The good pastor's message is full of win. I've never seen the display case at the one in Cool Springs as bare as it was on Friday. Almost NO handgun ammo except for a couple boxes of .357 magnum.

My solution is to get rid of the dog. Sell him or give him away. I wouldn't be able to live with myself if my young'un got hurt or maimed. It just wouldn't be worth the risk to me.
