  1. Obummer has proven that he doesn't need much of an excuse to violate the Constitution. He's done it over and over again.
  2. The most dangerous place for children now is inside the womb.
  3. Washington Bible and Gun Clingers...
  4. Hey, Barry O.... how about a nice big cup of STFU?

  6. And the wussification of America continues....
  7.   I haven't eaten at The Pharmacy, but have it on my list.   My wife and I really enjoyed this place, and the other couple we were with did as well - the food, the atmosphere, and the service. You should try it at least once to see if it's your kind of place. I know I'll go back to try some of the other menu items.
  8. I love the guys who charge up behind you and flash their headlights at you, even though you are passing someone, as though they have more right to be on the road than you do. I guess they think they can intimidate you into getting over. I'll get over, but I'll...... do.......it.........verrrrrrrrrrry.............slowwwwwwwwwly.   And why in the heck can't people use their turn signals when they are.... making a turn or changing lanes?

  10.   I wasn't attempting to argue; just asking a serious question.
  11. Exactly with WHOM are they preparing to go to war?
  12. I have the deluxe set and also one of the Lansky 4 rod turnboxes. I use it a lot more than the deluxe sharpening kit. Much faster and easier to set up and take down, and I get just as good if not better results on the turnbox.
  13. We went last night. Not posted, as indicated above. Really good burgers. I highly recommend the Buy The Farm Burger. However, if you want the egg anything but runny, you'll have to tell them. My wife had the Tennessee Burger and said it was delicious. Peanut Butter and Chocolate milkshake is WONDERFUL. Tater Tots nicely seasoned and crispy. Our bill for the two burgers, milkshake (we shared) and iced tea was just over $30. There were several food trucks on the other end of the building, which made traffic kind of troublesome, but we waited only about 20 minutes before being seated. Our server was great. Very knowledgeable and great sense of humor. Great atmosphere. Inside and outside seating. I'd give the place 5 stars out of 5. 14. Anyone know if Burger Republic on Nolensville Road in Nashville allows carry?
  15. A guy goes into a Mickey D's with a gun, starts pointing it at people, it won't fire, so he goes outside to fire shots in the air, then he comes back inside and those people are still in there??   :screwy:
  16. Seems to endorse carrying without a holster or anything to cover the trigger.   No thanks.
  17. I've drooled over many things, but this isn't one of them.
  18. Watching that made me angry. It would have been sweet if 2 or three bruisers had gotten up and told that jackwagon with the badge that he'd be making a trip to the hospital if he put his hands on anyone else, the guy asking questions included, and then backed up their words.
  19.   I'd personally rather go to Cracker Barrel. The food's just as good, there's more seating, and they don't prohibit legal carry!
  20.   No, they aren't, but they are the first ones to cry foul if we use the same tactics on them.   Whenever someone says something this stupid, I always charge them with wishing for the death of innocent children and then doing a happy dance in their blood when it happens, which, in their diseased minds, is somehow "crossing the line".
  21.   Just say no?
  22. The biggest negative change to society that I see on a daily basis resulting from rapid technological advances is that the art of conversation is being lost. People have their faces glued to their smartphones with their earbuds in and don't interact face to face as much with each other anymore. We chat on our computers and stay at home more now, because you just don't have to get out in public if you don't want to.   The good thing is that communication with our friends and family is much easier now than it used to be. I have reconnected with many people that I have not seen nor spoken with in over 30 years.
  23. A knife is a poor self-defense weapon anyway if you aren't proficient in knife fighting tactics.
  24. Pretty much confirms what I already believe about most gun haters, especially the ones that are being paid megabucks in Washington, DC with OUR tax dollars so that they can try to implement draconian gun legislation. That is, they actually wish for innocent people to die at the hands of lunatics who get their hands on a firearm so that they can have the "ammunition" to impose their stupid laws on the rest of us, while enjoying the protections of armed security.    I try not to think about it too much or it will spike my already high blood pressure.
  25. This is starting to remind me of my last days of playing golf. It used to be very enjoyable before Tiger made it very popular and then all the yahoos went out and bought clubs without knowing how to use them and started showing up at the links without the slightest clue about course etiquette. I got tired of being hit into and people talking while I was trying to hit, so, I decided that I was done with it.   With all the madness resulting from the threat of registration and confiscation, there a lot of people who have the right to obtain a firearm but in reality have no business doing so because they are ignorant of the responsibility that goes along with arming yourself, and they don't do so for the right reasons.   These two guys just proved to a lot of people who were on the fence that we can't be trusted.
