Yeah, I'm really tired of being lectured about gloBULL warming (oh, wait, it's called climate change now, isn't it?) and the environment that seems to be present in almost every single modern science fiction film. Humans destroyed the earth, blah, blah, blah.   I wonder what kind of carbon footprint a production company leaves behind nowadays, especially when they have to use ungodly amounts of fossil fuels and electricity to transport all that equipment and personnel to and from the location being used and then to get their second rate films to the silver screen?

The Bill of Rights affirms our birthright as human beings and places limits on the government, not the other way around.   Unfortunately, the criminals in Washington DC don't really care about that.

Thanks for posting this. I almost rented Pacific Rim last night, but chose World War Z, Ironman 3, and After Earth. We watched and enjoyed the first two and will watch the third this afternoon.   I certainly won't waste $1.25 on Pacific Rim.

I've gotten similar treatment at the Academy here in Cool Springs. I wanted to ask the guy at the gun counter about something that I was looking for and it was very evident to me that I was interrupting his online activity. He never even looked at me and sort of grunted his way through the answers. He was an asshat.   I complained, but I doubt it did any good whatsoever.

The truth is he's just as much white as he is black, but for some strange reason the media and all the other progressives want to ignore that.

Yep - guy showed tremendous restraint. I guess he knew the threat was over the minute he stuck the muzzle of his gun in the guy's throat.
