Truer words have never been spoken. Whenever I encounter a liberal gun hater who wants to argue with me about carrying, I always promise them that I will NEVER insult them by using my firearm to protect them if the need ever arose.

It's interesting how the ones who find it abhorrent to defend one's self with a firearm would trample you to death to get out the door if a shooter came into the building and opened fire.

If you're going to defend someone you don't know, you better be damned sure that it's justified.

The only thing I've heard that's even dumber is when someone says that if they ever find themselves in a position where they know they are going to lose their life at the hands of a criminal, they would just figure that it was their time to go. I have an uberliberal niece who actually said that to me at Christmas last year. She apparently would rather die than defend herself with an effective tool made for such a purpose. They don't even have a clue how absolutely stupid they sound.
