Disagree on the Sigma, unless you're referring to the older models. I have a SW9VE and it has been flawless. Say what you want about the trigger, but it's easy to get used to. Are there better choices? Of course, but for the money, the 9VE and 40VE are excellent weapons. As reliable and accurate as you can get for under $300. That said, I find the new SD series very appealing and will probably pick up the 9mm at some point. I don't expect it to be in the same league with my M&Ps, but after handling one at a LGS, I'm fairly impressed with it.

My first Ag Center show was where I really got turned on about firearms and carrying, but that was a couple of years ago. Since then, it has steadily gone downhill. I took my son there to look at Glocks before Christmas, and to say that we were both very disappointed would be an understatement.

The All Star Resorts are a good low-cost option if you want to stay on the WDW property. The rooms are small but adequate, and you're probably not going to spend much time in them anyway. Shuttle buses run regularly, so you don't have to worry about getting where you want to go. Have fun. As a former WDW monorail host from the seventies, and after going with the family three times, I can say I've had enough.

I'd say it would be pretty difficult to destroy anything made out of pot metal. But just because it's hard to break doesn't make it reliable.

I have one of the carbines, and it is fun as a plinker, but I would never use it for SD unless I had no other choice. I've read too many bad reviews on HP pistols, so one positive one isn't going to change my mind. I'll keep buying quality, even if I have to wait longer to get it.

Not even sure why someone would want to carry something like this, but to each his own.

Don't want them on any of my carry weapons.
