Anyone else getting a Microsoft Smart Screen Warning?
waynesan replied to DaveTN's topic in Feedback and Support
I got the warning last night and still had it on there this morning. I'm on my company computer now and all is good. -
Oh Shoot, it looks like you gave me just what I was looking for. The way I read that, I can't transport a firearm without notifying the tour company, and they already say no. I don't like it, but that's the way it is.

I will be going on a week long tour this summer from TN to New Orleans with several stops along the way and back. I have my permit and am good to go in each state we visit and pass through. However, the tour company has this posted on their website: "Due to Federal and State laws, no firearms are allowed on motor coaches." Anyone know of state or federal laws pertaining to "motor coaches?" If there is not, I'm suspecting this is the tour company's way of shifting the blame to the governments for their not allowing guns on their buses.

Since you are going for work I don't know how much free time you will have, but if you have some free time you are definitely going to some amazing places. In Zurich you are only 1 hour from Mt. Pilatus and Lake Lucerne. Both of which are awesome. Then in Paris don't fail to go up in the Eiffel Tower. You can see it from just about anywhere in the city. Also go to Notre Dame Cathedral (whether Catholic or not, it is amazing to read the history of the place and see all that is in there). And if you can, take a river cruise on the River Seine. It is an amazing, once in a lifetime experience (especially the night cruise and see the Eiffel Tower lit up in the dark). And of course in Munich you have to go the Hofbrauhaus Beer Hall. Founded in 1589 it is one of Munich's oldest beer halls. Have fun and soak in every moment you can.

This is insane! A father and son gun shop owners got into it with a father and son who were customers over a $25 repair bill on a firearm. Guns were pulled and the owners were killed and the customers were hurt bad. Police are still trying to determine exactly what happened. This happened in Mississippi. http://www.sunherald.com/news/local/crime/article56305535.html#storylink=cpy Read more here: http://www.sunherald.com/news/local/crime/article56305535.html#storylink=cpy

Anybody on here bought any stock in firearms companies lately? I was looking at stock prices tonight and realized if I had bought any stock in Ruger a year ago I would have doubled my money. Smith and Wesson would have tripled my investment. If I'd only known.

There is supposed to be a new vaccine out soon that increases your chances of not getting it from 50% to 75%.

I went to the new Marquee Cinema 12 in Bristol on Monday and they have the same set up. We saw the Mockingjay 2. Watching that in a recliner on a 71 ft. screen was awesome. -
Well, Larry Gatlin and Billy Dean have written a patriotic tune for the times in which we live. Here are the Gatlin Brothers video of it. Thoughts? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1IPCuaWIn1E

Anybody on here ever been to Tombstone, AZ? I've been to Arizona three times but never made it to Tombstone to see the reenactment at the OK Corral. It appears somebody really messed up with the props. http://news.yahoo.com/two-hurt-live-bullets-used-arizona-old-west-182516204.html;_ylt=AwrC0CZQmDNWqzIAB9XQtDMD;_ylu=X3oDMTBydDI5cXVuBGNvbG8DYmYxBHBvcwM2BHZ0aWQDBHNlYwNzcg--

So here was a college with about 3,000 students, multiple buildings, and ONE unarmed security guard to "protect" all of that?! And from what I've read there was a recent debate among the college administration on whether to employ "armed" guards and it was split 50/50 on whether to do so. They decided not to do so because "armed guards would change the culture of the campus." I think the culture of the campus is now changed forever.

My wife and I just took a trip to the Canadian Rockies and I doubt we will ever get over it. What an amazing and glorious place this place is to see. These pics were made with a Canon T5 Rebel and I'm still learning. Standing on the Bow River Bridge in Banff, Alberta. This is Spirit Island on Lake Maligne near Jasper National Park. Looking across the Bow River in Banff, Alberta. Moraine Lake Looking down the Bow Valley.

Loaded Gun Found In Carry On Bag at TRI-Cities Apt. (AGAIN!)
waynesan posted a topic in General Chat
This has got to stop! People, check your bags before you go through the screening when you plan to fly. http://wjhl.com/2015/09/21/loaded-gun-found-in-carry-on-bag-at-tri-cities-regional-airport/ -
Does anyone know when the Wine and High Gravity Beer in grocery stores goes into effect? I know it was originally passed to go into effect next year, but I thought they went back and speeded it up to go in this year. Did I read something wrong?

Bill and Hillary are at a Yankees home game, sitting in the first row, with the Secret Service people directly behind them. One of the Secret Service guys leans forward and whispers something to Bill. At first, Clinton stares at the guy, looks at Hillary, looks back at the agent, and shakes his head "no". The agent then says, "Mr. President, it was a unanimous request of the entire team, from the owner of the team to the bat boy." Bill hesitates...but begins to change his mind when the agent tells him the fans would love it! Bill shrugs his shoulders and says, "Ho-Kay! If that is what the people want. C'mere Hilly baby..." With that, Bill gets up, grabs Hillary by her collar and the seat of her pants, lifts her up, and tosses her right over the wall onto the field. She gets up kicking, swearing, screaming, "Bill you"!$#@&!". The crowd goes absolutely wild. Fans are jumping up & down, cheering, hooting and hollering, and high-fiving. Bill is bowing, smiling and waving to the crowd. He leans over to the agent and says, "How about that; I would have never believed how much everyone would enjoy that!" Noticing the agent has gone totally pale, he asks what is wrong. The agent replies, "Sir, I said they want you to throw out the first "pitch."

Took a pontoon boat ride down the Colorado River in Glen Canyon near Page, Arizona in 2010. They told us the canyon walls were 1100 ft. high. This wasn't far from the north rim of the Grand Canyon.
