Welcome to TGO.   Unfortunately, as great as Tennessee is, the government is not so different from any other. In other words, if they can find a way to get money out of you they will. 

My opinion is that this is a question of should I do "the hard right or the easy wrong"? Only you can make that decision. 

It is now on my list.

  Not everyone on here shoots as a hobby. Some own a single gun, and only for self defense. I can understand not being able to afford it. I have been there. Yes, $35/yr was once more than I could afford.

Of course the throttle and brake would have to be built into the steering wheel just like cars for folks in wheelchairs. There's a guy over on the FJR forum that built one of ^ those out of a wrecked Yamaha FJR 1300. I'll see if I can find the link. It was SWEET!

Love it. I would love to ride the Isle of Man someday. I wouldn't go THAT fast but I wouldn't be passed by any Sunday drivers either.

    I have shot one of Tim's guns. He had to hit me over the head with a board and pry it from my hands to get it back. In other words, it was AWESOME! It was a .40 though. 

  I have seen their work in person on several guns. All looked exactly how you would expect professional work to look. They are small so they take a while but you won't be disappointed.    You might also see if you can get contact info for Sam in Gallatin. I don't have it but he is very good too. Though I don't know if he does coatings. If not he can probably recommend someone who does good work that is in the area.

You guys can preach all you want. I just don't like driving slow. Even if I'm not in a hurry. But I don't mind people that do. All I ask is that if you're going 5MPH below the speed limit, do it in the rightmost lane. Or at least not in the far left lane. Doing 5MPH below the posted limit in the far left lane just makes you a jerk. That is why we have multiple lanes.    On back roads, there are usually chances to pass every now and then. Enjoy your drive.

In order for that to work on me he'd have to be driving a Corvette ZR-1 or faster car. Otherwise insufferable shit eating d-bag a-holes like that guy are going to see nothing but taillights.
