Supreme Court justices are as guilty as anyone else of finding ways to interpret the Constitution to fit their beliefs. You probably would not be able to find a right that is clearly outlined in the Constitution that hasn't been trampled on and whose trampling has been supported by the Supreme Court at some time. Anyone who thinks that Supreme Court justices are above political activism is just plain ignorant.

You'll notice that even though I'm not a fan of your politics or your intentionally inflammatory posts, I have not once criticized your English. Lord knows my German and Korean are both much worse than my "Southern English."

I really like the folders. The kids use the wife's iPhone to play games, and there are a bunch of them! I actually had to make multiple folders just for the games. Haven't explored the other features much, but it looks pretty good.

This is far from his first time. As a matter of fact, it is completely expected from him. Glad I could help. Amen, brother. This is not the only forum I frequent, but it is the only one that raised several thousand dollars to help folks in need when someone offered to pony up $100. It's also the only that helped a guy get his car fixed so he could get to work. This is a great bunch of folks above and beyond their love and enthusiasm for firearms. Can't even start a feel good thread without first taking a shot at about 99% of the people on this board and leaving out facts, statistics, and history, can you? I have no problem with positive thinking, and I'm guessing I'm not in the minority among this board, or gun owners. For example: I'm positive you're a tool. I'm positive you don't know what you're talking about 99.9% of the time. I'm positive you'd benefit from a well-placed kick in the nuts. And in the interest of your "feel good" thread, I'd feel really good watching it happen.

Source: The Constitution of the State of Tennesse, Article I, Section 26. You seem to be under the mistaken impression that legislators only enact laws according to law, or the Constitution. They ignore both. You also seem to think they care about facts. If they did, there would never have been an assault weapons ban, "gun free zones," or the new health care bill. I know it seems like I'm picking on you, but it's the lawmakers who I am picking on. Fortunately, even in a batch of rotten apples you find a few good ones. I do hope we see more laws like the ones you pointed out though.

When I took mine you had to shoot from 1,000 yards while riding a horse through a hurricane AND a tornado, blindfolded with both hands tied behind your back. You had to hit all 700 rounds dead center on the X with no reloads out of a 6 shooter. I'm just sayin'.

All, I received a reply back from one of the ride organizers at Patriot Guard Riders. She said they're not worried because they always prepare for them. The last time they showed up, in May, they left after 5 minutes because the counter-protests, with patriotic songs, etc. just completely drowned these tools out! It's good to keep aware of idiots like this though. Especially when honoring a fallen hero.

I am making sure that the Patriot Guard Riders are aware of this. They protect families from these scumbags among other ways of honoring our fallen heroes. Rest assured it will not be an issue.

If it's good enough for an engine operating at 7,000 RPM's, I see no reason why it wouldn't be awesome for a gun running at a few less.
