I have not seen any for sale locally for a year now.  I've been kind of stingy with it, but I'm still about out.  Rather than feed the gougers I picked up a .22 airgun.  500 pellets for about 9 bucks.  If I need to make a bang I'll use something besides .22LR.

This guy publishes a lot.  Weak scholarship, poor research.  He's been passed over and is both screaming for attention and trying to pad his curriculum vitae, hoping for a spot in some lefty think tank.  If he didn't wear the same uniform as a hell of a lot of better men, I'd just ignore him.  Considering that he's using that uniform to push a viewpoint counter to the constitution, I'd like to see him forced to retire - or court martialed and thrown out on his arse.

Simplify. Fascist/Socialist/Communist (same tune, but the lyrics are a little different) versus freedom/free markets/true capitalism (Not the crony capitalism we have in this country today). Today socialists are considered left wing.  Somehow people have forgotten that NAZI stood for National Socialist Party.  So why are the right constantly compared to Nazis?

Every violent nutcase that makes the news, every presidential assassin, every screed such as the above - all leftists.  All that being a given, if someone (quite reasonably, in my opinion) took one literally and dropped him where he stood, the consensus seems to be that it would be a bad thing.   Why is that?
