DaveTN, anybody in my yard not an invited guest isn't an innocent person. They are what is referred to as a trespasser in some circles... and protesting doesn't get them a free pass. There is another term used to describe someone in my yard who is deliberately frightening my family. Out of consideration for the gentlefolk who might be upset, I will leave that term as an exercise for the class. Got Shovel?

Just read that Shmuck Schumer wrote to gov. Brewer asking her to delay implementation for one year, giving him more opportunity for vote fraud and to get shamnesty passed, but mostly for vote fraud. She invited him to piss up a rope, and declined his request.

Don't secure your border, we need the billions the illegals send home. But, your guns are responsible for our crime. This from the president of a country where even legal immigrants don't have the rights of citizens, where illegals are commonly beaten, killed, raped and enslaved. Where a huge majority of government, police and military are on the take. Remember the Alamo... But this time around, citizen soldiers responding to the distress and pleas for assistance are harassed, belittled, and threatened by the federal government deliberately defaulting it's responsibility to defend our border. And for what? The cynical pursuit of new votes, or the treasonous agenda of socialism.

Maintaining decorum in the courtroom might be considered "in furtherance of justice". She was in the courtroom, she was connected. Now if the judge looked out the window and saw her walking down the street, that'd be a whorse of a different color...

I don't consider the flag to be vulgar. Nor do I consider the display of same to be a free speech issue. Further, if anyone finds an American flag in an American school to be offensive, I suggest they are the problem. The border is south. Hop to it.

Strick, did you read her T-shirt? Her (..), her rules. The judges courtroom, the judges rules. This has nothing to do with a Hispanic principal sending students home because they wore American flag shirts on a Mexican holiday. One is civil behaviour, the other is misplaced anti-patriotism or excessive pc concern over the bruised sensitivities of students of a different nationality. Which same nationality demographic, I might remind you, has hoisted their home country's flag in place of our own on public properties, has stated the goal of reconquering the southwest, and openly espouse "all for the race (la raza), nothing for others ".

The report was written by actuaries. Making predictions is what they do. Saying "costs were going up anyway" is a non starter; the report states that costs for the consumer will rise higher than without the bill. The White House sat on this report for two weeks beforehand. Is the art of doing your own research lost?

I'd sure like some input from the TGO members who told us how great the healthcare reform bill was... the report not only forecasts higher costs but more difficulty in seeing a doctor. Pretty much what those of us who have a basic understanding of market forces said would happen.
