This woman reminds me of "A Clockwork Orange"

You notice we're talking about this, and not the IRS, NSA, ATF, Justice Dept., Benghazi, EPA granting special favors to friends, etc.? -

The Constitution doesn't grant us a single right. What it does is tell the government what it may not do. Enter my property and search without a warrant, for example, or go through my private papers or mail without probable cause, or infringe my ownership or carrying of a firearm. Or detain me on my travels randomly. Or take my property without just recompense. Every one of these rules are violated daily. Mainly because when they started to violate them, the majority said "oh, it's just those crooks, they don't deserve the same protections we do." Every one of these violations is backed by 'fancy' legal reasoning that says, in effect, that the plain language in the constitution forbidding that violation doesn't really mean what it says, or doesn't apply all the time, or doesn't apply to those folks. No, thank you. -
By "toss a weight on top of it" - is a jeep okay?

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. You don't need a specific enumerated right to do something in this country. Interesting mindset, though. -

and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or Affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. And what exactly is the probable cause for a random search? -
She expressed her opinions and beliefs on stage. Her former fan base expressed their opinions and beliefs at the cash register. The Duke said it best; Life is hard, it's harder if you're stupid. The groups' hypocritical reaction to their fans' (predictable as sunrise) mass exodus is typical of the left. Liberal is synonymous with liar. Got no use for liars. Well, landfill, maybe, but I wouldn't want to try putting a foundation on top.

I guess we are considered members of the KKK

Voter ID would be a great start. I've always felt that anyone on public assistance should be unable to vote, as well. -
swapped mine out with a Rock River 2 stage match trigger.

Same delay with Rogersville store. Clerk said it was due to computer upgrades at TICS, but I filled out their computerized 4473, printed and signed it, and he got the OK from TICS while I waited, and then said he'd see me in 72 hours. I callled corporate. They have no idea why there is a delay, and are going to find out. I should get a return call today. Might be a regional manager with 'issues'.

Well, you know the old saying... Watch out for the feller with one rifle; he probably knows how to shoot it.

Going through a difficult time lately, and I have 1 rifle in the house. This may sound like someone wedded to the past, but that one rifle is my Garand. Recoil is quite manageable. It is a few pounds heavier than I'd really like these days, true - but I'm not up to playing action hero anymore, so very unlikely I'd have to tote it very far. The caliber will stop anything I'm likely to shoot at with a rifle - I can't recall ever hearing that 30-06 is an underperformer. I've even clipped up some black tip on the off chance I'm attacked by Christine. Clip fed, but I've plenty of clipped ammo on hand. 3 seconds to shove a new clip in and get back on sights, and that isn't trying for speed. Accuracy? Maybe mine is specially blessed or something, but I'm accustomed to 1 MOA. Iron sights, of course, but the best iron sights ever mounted on a bangstick.

Section 8 housing on JATO bottles. No wonder Obama and Holder are trying to reduce self defense laws.

No duty to retreat. Doesn't apply at all if there is no ability to retreat. Evidence and testimony show TM struck first - and apparently all - blows. As he was sitting on GZ, retreat was not an option. This is clear to all except those who claim that getting out of a vehicle is assault. I haven't seen a copy of their law dictionary but suspect Ambrose Bierce wouldn't go anywhere near it.

Best comment on another forum; "Simple legal question. Should BDLR (the prosecuting attorney) send GZ a bill for GZ’s defense before or after the “not guilty†verdict is read? Yeah, Zimmerman (neighborhood watch captain, remember?) shouldn't have gotten out of his truck. He should have just driven through the yards where Martin was trespassing so that he could tell the dispatcher which way Martin ran. Even with the transcript of the call between Z and police dispatch, even after Martins' girlfriend reported that Martin got to his dad's yard and then went back to ambush Zimmerman (who was by then on his way back to his vehicle), even with all the physical evidence, some people are really wedded to their original theory that Zimmerman was 'pursuing' Martin and is thus guilty of causing the incident. Is there some sort of mental block preventing them from processing new information? Or is this just another instance of the 'don't get involved' mentality at work?

Seems okay, but last time I was there (about a month ago) he had 223 at a dollar a round, Pmags for $60.

Magpul is resolved, and I salute them for it. I'm sure they don't want to move, and equally sure they will. I understand the injection molding isn't done in house - they use several injection molding companies in the Denver area. Those companies will also be screaming, because with Magpul gone, they're sunk. The Democrats would love to avoid the consequences of their votes - they know it is already very unpopular with the majority of Colorado residents; the job losses on top of that will keep this issue at the top for next year's state elections, and they know it. I don't know what Biden is offering the state democrats for their votes, but I don't think it will be worth it in the long run.

Full court press. Demonize guns, and by extension, gun owners. Attempt to embarrass, make it as difficult and expensive as possible, ridicule - I'm waiting for someone to propose an updated version of the yellow patch the NAZI's made jews wear. I'm rapidly coming to agree with the viewpoint that it isn't the guns they hate - it's the gun owners.

I have 25 of the E landers. Stout springs, load 'em up for a couple of days before trying to seat on a closed bolt. Fit (tried so far in 2 dti rifles) is perfect - no rattle, and no shoving required. Slide in and lock up as if they were hand fitted. Construction seems very solid. The only downcheck I could give them is the finish - the same very slick finish that on the inside makes them very low friction is also on the outside. Contemplating steel wool and looking at my flat black rattlecans at the moment. ETA: After my first order came in I made 3 more orders as funds were available. Still waiting on 2 of those, but expect them to be shipped in the next couple weeks.

I'm quite willing to compromise, 6.8. Here's the deal - the politicians abide by the terms of the contract by which they govern, and I don't go looking for lamp posts and rope. To me, sounds like the bargain of the century.

I second that. Great mags, perfect fit and function.
