Use the AR15’s. Without a perfect shot within 75 yards, you are just going to wound them and make them suffer with a 17HMR. Be a good sportsman to the animal. Have fun. They can be hard to hunt.
-
Probably depends what you want. Call them with what you want and ask them first hand.

While I am sure there are many reasons this is just politics, etc, I don't have an issue with it. I know many are single issue people and that's ok, but most of those people are also the same group that talks about buying American, etc, etc. We are a fickle bunch. Most American's want everything as cheap as they can get it and then when the cheap things get taken away we complain. This does not prevent anyone from getting the ammo they need. It will reduce the amount of super cheap ammo, but ammo will be available.

Does it eject ok unsupressed?

New Job,New dress attire, new knife needed
Hozzie replied to Lumber_Jack's topic in Knives, Lights, EDC Gear
I always loved my Runt, but lost it somewhere. I would think it would be perfect for this. Edit: This actually reminded me how much I liked that little knife. I ended up ordering a new one. Looks like I got the last Cocobolo one. https://www.bladehq.com/?search=runt -
If you decide you want to try it, just let me know.

If you need a kennel, let me know. I can’t get it to you until next week, but may be best to start him in a kennel ASAP.

Congrats Bersa! Did they chip him? I always worry about Beagle's (even partial) running off for something they smell.

Getting Married, watch this for expert advice about your wedding.

This is Mike Leach, Washington State head football coach being asked a question by someone getting married. The response is classic. I actually think he could be a good candidate for UT. Not because is this, but it does show his clear ability to reason :-). Sorry, couldn’t figure out how to post just the video.

I was also wondering where they came up with that name. These two entries from Wikipedia caught my attention. In Irish mythology, crows are associated with Morrigan, the goddess of war and death.[62] In Islam, according to a narration in the Hadith, the crow is one of the five animals for which no blame is placed on the one who kills them.

Exactly. Everyone knows 22’s are where it’s at! [emoji3] At least there was a dog.

This is the one to be bored at. I am at Milipol (a Military and Police Homeland Security Conference) in Paris (not TN ) this week bored out of my mind. So I figured I would show a few pics of the toys on display. It's the first day so I haven't really taken much time to really look at things, but will over the next few days. My Favorite first. This dog was incredible. Remote voice commands and cameras on his goggles.

Like you say, your vet knows what you can and can’t handle. I think that is the right way to go about it. I hope it works out for you with her or another rescue dog.
-
Bersa, to be honest she is probably a bit much for you to handle. Even with what she has been through, she will still need to be exercised to help her arthritis. Not to be taken lightly is also the potential cost for either food with Glucosamine or pills. They can be expensive. It could also progress to needing shots. I know you will take care of any dog you get, but those would b some of my concerns.

I have no doubt. Already have a rotary table and dividing plates along with most of the other basics, but I am sure there will be some specialty sized reamers, etc that will be needed. Good part is the prints have item numbers and places to buy things that may not be that easy to machine without very expensive tooling.
-
I am no trained machinist, so this will challenge me and test my patience. I am looking forward to it. I want to take my time and do it right. Lots of research to do before even starting.

One of the reason I bought a lathe and mill was to do fun projects. Decided that this is going to be one of my long term projects to hopefully complete over the coming year. Just ordered prints. It is for 22LR. Perfectly legal with no stamps, etc so long as you use a hand crank. No electronics or it becomes a machine gun. Using the prints from this site if anyone else is interested. http://www.gatlingguns.net/index.htm

Bipartisan deal on gun control unveiled
Hozzie replied to The Legion's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
While it probably won’t stop a person from getting a gun if they really want one, it might delay them. That can sometimes make a difference. There’s is no logical reason to oppose this. Ideological yes, logical no.. -
Yep, everyone needs to make Tulsa at least once.

Amendment 2 Custom Coatings. He used to be a vendor here. Lives in Thompson Station.

Got my new gun, but get tired of the black. Had some parts Cerakoted to give it some character. I am happy with the way it turned out.

I will be at the game today. I am torn on the issue. I am a fan and will decide at the end of the year if I sell my psl’s or not. I think both sides have over-reacted overall. I have no issue with protest, just their choice of time, meaning during the anthem. I think there are plenty of players who respect the military. It’s nice to be totally and completely idiologic, but if you ever want to leave the house and eat, you can’t be. At this point, it is salute to Service week. I am going to salute those who Serve and hopefully see a good game. I am tired of having to be pissed of by everything. I choose to do what I like and ignore as much as possible the things I don’t agree with. Life’s to short to always be looking at the negatives.

The question i have is the 300k just for the land or all. If just land, then you have options. If for all, you won’t get that much land. How much would depend on the next questions. I would clarify what you mean by decent city. Are you referring to a city that has Home Depot, etc and some decent restaurants or a big city that has an airport, etc. if work is a primary factor, the type of job and industry may help. Too many unknowns to give you a good response just yet.
