  1. I think its a Bulldog. This one is smaller but carrys similar markings. Bulldog revolver mfg'd. in Belgium, .380 caliber : Antiques / pre-1899 at GunBroker.com Some talk about the Bulldogs here, again your markings are described. Please Tell Me About this British Bulldog Revolver - TheFirearmsForum.Com I'd keep diggin around the net but the female side of the house wants some attention Hope that gets you started. RW
  2. Was wondering the same thing myself last night. (minus the slave thingy)
  3. Uh, Rock River, why do you ask? (Mike, I'll have the case gauge at the shop tomorrow, Tues, you can borrow it till you decide to get your own)
  4. Go to Wally world, by the cheapest fly fishing rig they have and one of those 6 packs of cork flys (a simple cork with a hook painted yellow, green, etc and some feather or rubber bands tied to it). Pull out about 10 feet of it and teach him the simple "loft" to sling the bug about 15 feet in any direction and hold on. You get to see them hit and its fast! You can catch an area out and release, walk 30 feet and do it again, then return to the smae spots 30 minutes later and repeat. They can grow with that rig!
  5. Yep, them are some Sunday go to meeting grips there! Fine, fine looking wood. Sorry I'm biased but then I kinda have to be as the guy that sold em to ya. Really good to meet you and I'll be sending you a PM on some more of your para cord stuff. Yep, the boys liked the one you made for me. You got red para cord right?
  6. Your PM box is full Jeff. I got logged into the FF site though...bring it!
  7. I'm here too. Greg, we're on NCTC so nothing moves fast!
  8. Going back to 3rd shift at my job soon as well. Love it. Some folks are built for it, I used to be and hopefully still will be. It was a bit problematic when the kids and wife were home on a snow day or holiday or something but I have a air filter in the bedroom to generate white noise and that helps. The other great thing is you can hit a dentist appointment, get an oil change, pay a bill and not have to leave work or burn vacation time to do it. The big wigs also aren't around to pester me. I'm pretty much the boss on 3rds so get the job done and get out! Course now with the evening part time job, that will be my "morning" and then go the night job...having two this time will be interesting!
  9. He'll be back! Think of it as a long paid vacation but make plans to get back here and get to work Erik.
  10. and get your 2 x 4.
  11. They do make a subsonic round for it ! (but in this case some .22 subsonics would probably better fit the mission)
  12. We just got one in at the shop and it feels quite nice in the hand. I'll be waiting to hear your range report. When you going to stipple this one up?
  13. Dude....I've been there!! Well, passed through it on the way to another location. I lived there for three months back in 1989! We built the improved air strip which you can still see on google maps here 13.44155,-87.46027. I reckon your going to be about 45 miles east of where I was. I can tell you the need was there back in 89 so I'm sure it has a ton of needs now. It was so bad back then that when we were closing down the camp and burning MRE boxes in a pit we had dug that a local child crawled through the fence and jumped in the pit thinking we were burning food. We had to transport the child via blackhawk helicopter to Tegucigalpa for severe burns to her feet. Your needed down there and the odds of you being in an area and traveling the same roads I have once again amazes me. Vaya con Dios Bronk. I wish I were half the amazing man you are. Oh, are you taking any items with you for distribution? Clothes, used or new sports equipment. Crap, are you gone already? I read this to fast. http://maps.google.com/maps?saddr=13.44155,-87.46027&daddr=Choluteca,+Honduras&hl=en&ll=13.390622,-87.341309&spn=0.223438,0.362206&sll=13.413499,-87.454433&sspn=0.111709,0.181103&geocode=%3BFYAvygAdb1DO-ikVaWxKLQ9wjzFlu1W6enqEWA&mra=ls&t=h&z=12
  14. Welcome back and thanks for your service!
  15. Good stuff to look at. Thanks woolfie
  16. Not a "reload" system but these things are something to add a few more rounds up front. IDPA folks getting into them more and more. But Pricey!! XRAILbyRCI
  17. Kel tec KSG 14rd 12g 12 gauge bullpup shotgun : Pump at GunBroker.com
  18. Apparently one of the prototypes was allowed out and sold on gunbroker for $4025.00 yesterday. Someone rolled the dice on having a collectors item on this one.
  19. The big thing is you have to put rail covers on a standard railed system and it's "big" in your hands unless you put a vertical on it. This rail is already smoothed out in the hand area, smaller diameter like a straight tube but you can still put your accessories on the front rails as usual towards the working end. All in the eyes of the beholder..YMMV
  20. We have a similar RRA model in the shop now and yes...those handguards are fantastic.
  21. Had to close my debit card last month because the bank saw a suspicious purchase from the "Office of Overseer". That's all they would tell me. I too will be moving to loadable cards in the near future for purchases and just dump what I need into it.
  22. Wow, the wife just told me 15 minutes ago that she had to turn ours off today as it filled the kitchen area with smoke. It's a over under model with the dryer on top for smaller spaces. That's scary that you post this and what occured today. She is afraid to put anything in there and walk away now. We have also owned it for about 5 years. Please let me know what the liability folks say! If I need to get this thing out of the house. I just thought some lint had gotten back on the coils.
