That made me want to go see what their website looked like and it's "similar" to our neighborhood.  The funny thing was in their general discussion, the first topic to catch my eye... http://ingunowners.com/forums/general_firearms_discussion/256369-james_yeager_is_a_coward_who_cares.html   I was going to search for Kwik but didn't want to burn the finger muscles up, meh.

Find a local FFL/Gunshop willing to have the firearm transferred in.  Buy the firearm off Gallery, Gunbroker, etc after doing a bit of checking on the sellers history.  Pay for gun to seller, get information on where your local shop is to fax or email their FFL to and then provide that information.  Firearm will be shipped to your FFL, you will pay for transfer and back ground check locally and take possession of firearm.

Those are the same people that will turn them off when they are tired and want to sleep.  The same people that cause accidents using them while driving.  The same people that will come into the store with one stuck to their face and then wonder why the staff "ignored" them while they wandered the shop.  The same ones that WILL use them while operating their heavy equipment like a fork lift, in contravention of the local company policy claiming they don't want to miss that emergency call when it's clearly stated the company has land lines, don't use them, but the next day when they want some folks to come in early, that cell phone don't work worth a damn!  Screw cell phones and the society that has become dependent upon them.

Nailed that one!  Shelves are empty, orders are "potential" future stock but overhead never takes a day off.  So if they keep everyone happy not raising prices, just to not be there in a month, have you been fully served as a customer.  Let the price be what the market bears and all those that wish to partake do so and not whimper when the prices come back down and all those that don't partake and cannot get their items later because of future legistlation, remember you had the opportunity.

As you can imagine, the TICs folks are a bit busier of late than normal.  Plus, I'll hazard a guess that the staff attorney guy/gal they run the appeals by might be taking some vacation time about now.  Look for the reply next week, probably around the 3rd or 4th.

Anyone that works in a production oriented business will understand a root cause analysis.  What is the common factor in everything going on right now? Firearms Automobiles Economic woes (Freddie and Fannie) All have one common factor = people   And yet there is no test or background check for the grasshoppers to keep reproducing themselves. As the ants continue to struggle, the grasshoppers just make more of themselves and say bring it to me or I'll take it and oh by the way, I'll make the rules on how you do it.   I struggle daily now with my libertarian outlook that everyone should have and seek maximum potential freedom but think more and more that before anyone can reproduce, they should have to provide financial responsibility credentials like we do just to drive in Tennessee.   RW Rant off. 

  No, you are A right winger, I am Rightwinger !     I also work in a 3PL supporting both GM and Chrysler.  I can tell you now, even with the bailouts, they are crying cost cutting and savings to everyone in their supply streams and it's going to start resulting in more layoffs as companies like mine see the bottom of what GM is willing to pay vs what our costs are to support them.  Soon we will have to press them for rate increases or let the contracts expire.   I was always a GM/Chevy guy.  Still have my 03 Silverado in the driveway but when the wife needed a new car last year, we got a Ford.  Will probably be my next truck as well.

The state has to reply within 15 days of the appeal.  Going to another store the same day might hinder the process. 

I guess I need to actually watch CNN a bit to know which sponsors support the network and especially toe jam like Piers. Vote with your dollars. I haven't watched CNN ever and they are apparently healthy, hit em in their sponsors dollars.

    I know many, and the closest one resides with me.  She has been CERT trained so she is already expected to save lifes so why not let her defend them as well?  Make the rules simple again.  Come to a school or someone's home with intent to harm and get your butt shot.  You nor your family have any recourse beyond visiting in the hospital or the graveyard.  Even the mentally imbalanced seek the gun free zones to do their evil.  Make it known that those zones are few and far between.

Your doing it right. Tax records to show your the owner won't hurt if there are any questions but my brother has turned in deer on his landowner exemption for years now and they don't even bat an eye at the check in stations.
