So true...and so many don't even think twice about welching on a deal. Musicman, I may be able to help. I got a Dell in the garage that the memory may work in. It took a lightning hit about two years ago but would still boot and then the vid card would go crazy. Its all onboard in the MB but I think the processor and memory may still work. Just never got around to testing. I'll pull it out in the morning on the way to work. Maybe it will help sweeten the other project we are discussing. Holler on the cell and we can decide when we can meet. If it don't work, then neither of us are out anything but some meet and greet time.

Nice job on the long shot and better job on backing off and letting it lie down so you could find it! Many folks rush to find the prize only to spook it and watch it run away never to be found! Watch and listen and don't be in any hurry. After it gets quiet, even if you can see it out in front, take the time to ensure its down for good and unload and get safe before moving. Most of the negligent discharges I have heard about, including an in-law, happen after a successful hunt when the adrenalin is flowing and brain cells are overloaded!

Before you go dropping more money on the chrony you may want to know the the best reading on your reloads is your shot groups. I don't own a chronograph but have shot through one once. its nice to see the numbers but they don't really mean much. Faster is not always better. If you load a set that doesn't match up well with your rifling and bullet weight they can be maxing out for speed but be all over the paper. I tend to start out several grains below max load and hit 10 or 20 (depends on if they are magnum loads or smaller things like the .223) and then go shoot. If I get great patterns at 100 yards, it becomes a favorite and I keep reloading that recipie. If they fly around a bit, I drop back down. Nice tight groupings tell you your loads are good, not 2800 feet per second vs 3000 feet per second. When you going to load that first batch? I have a couple of hundred .223s laying out in the cold right now (in the garage)

If adultry is even still on the books, it doesn't matter. Coming from the investigative side of the house, judges don't even care if you can prove adultry. It matters not. They just hand out divorces for all who present themselves to say "we failed". And yes, unfairly, they weight the division of property and future financials heavily to the womans side in most cases. Sorry to rain on all the parades but I can't see the celebration in failure here for any divorce.
