  1. Tell your friend that will "lie down" that's good because all the holes in his ass and back won't show in the casket. Also that you'll remember to send flowers and wait at least a month before dating his girlfriend or wife.
  2. Nope! Great pattern, your consistent! If it were a scoped rifle, this would be easy. Now you have to figure out your "alternate" aiming point to bring it on target. Nice shooting, no doubts there.
  3. Now all you gotta do is bend that front sight to the right just a skoosh! Funny how we have to use KY windage on Russian rifles ain't it?
  4. Awww, he's alright, I mean he isn't controlling any of that heavy industry, it's still the share holders that that make the call on who runs what company.....right?
  5. They are all like ugly kids, everyone knows their ugly, but in your eyes, it's a beauty! I own to very pretty Mosin's as well. Nice Mo! Shoot it and give it a shot of Stoly
  6. a sheeple machine. Good choice
  7. Go with the YHM. Very customizable with the add on rails. Very good grip with them. Don't forget the endcap that screws in the threaded end. I had a low profile gas block on a 458 HBAR and only used one small rail for the bipod connection.
  8. Maybe she will come back and read some of this. One post and has not logged on since then.
  9. Ah, another one who makes the long trek down to Wayne Co. We have property north of Waynesboro on the Moccasin Creek and my brother has land just outside Clifton. We also lease the adjacent farm for more area and to keep it free from "visitors" during hunting season. Great area, I wish I could live down there and commute here to visit.
  10. The .204 is the consummate tack driver. Back when I was playing with mine, my brother and I would "call the shot", one on the spotting scope and the other on the rifle and we would pick a rock, pine cone, can, whatever we had in the chert pit we use down south as a shooting range and nail them at 100 yards. 1 inch targets are a breeze with that caliber at 100 yards. All I had on it was a Burris Fullfield II tactical that went 3x to 9x.
  11. I had......sniff, had a .204 Ruger AR and it was an awesome shooter. Ask Kahrman if he likes em. If interested in an .204 upper, check out whiteoaksarmament.com that's THE place to get a complete .204 Ruger upper. And, yes, they use the same magazines as .223
  12. Wow, I was a member of the Tennessee Rangers way back in 1982-85. Still have my beret. Do they still do MOTR?
  13. I have 1500 rounds + so I guess I'm clear then right TDR?
  14. I pulled a Google Maps of that area a few weeks ago. Where we lived was almost the end of "civilization" when we were there. 441 was about 5 miles past us and there was nothing there but palmetto, swamp and as you said, a gator or two. Looking at the pics now, I would be living in arm pit to arm pit subdivisions. I for one am glad I made it out of Florida alive. It was a totally different lifestyle from what I was used to. The fishing was good though. We spent a lot of time at the Boca inlet to the intracoastal and the Deerfield Beach pier.
  15. Wow, small world. I lived in Boca Raton for a little over a year. My grandmother lived there and was having serious illness issues back in 76. We moved down there to be with her and I spent a year learning how to live Floridian. I am glad we moved back a year later. We lived out Glades Road in the University Park area.
  16. Nice purchase on the case gauge. That thing will catch any sizing issues. Now time to change the Avatar....mullets scare me.
  17. P - 350 Yep, its a Benelli Nova look alike. Stoeger is owned by Benelli.
  18. Read Systemic Shock by Dean Ing for a shockingly accurate vision from the late 70's/early 80's about how media will be used to misdirect the nation. Also a pretty vivid detail of how a corrupt government uses its people like disposable resources. We can see more and more how "we" who cherish the original format of government as laid out by the founders are being labeled as enemies of the state. No with that statement. It's been clearly shown this week in posts about Missouri LEO's being told to look out for bumper stickers of certain kinds as those folks are radicals! Their source was a cell from Homeland Security.
  19. Nothing to report from Sumner Co. I had three birds start gobbling about 20 minutes before the storm line hit! What timing. I actually think they had flown up to roost spots and were just letting each other know where they were as they didn't move. I scrambled off the hill as the lighting started. Just like last years opening day.
  20. Interesting coloration on that bird! I got wet, didn't see or hear any but will be heading back out in a few hours to try and ambush any heading back an area they roost in. I wish I had more field to hunt up here!
  21. I just got a P 350 and really like it! Not the same class as the Condor though.
  22. This could be the thread in which every member has a post!
  23. If it's not lightning, I may "forget" to get the youngest up and just take him in the afternoon when it's supposed to clear. I don't mind the wet, just the shocks! Exact same thing last year if you all recall! My buddy and I had just sat down pre-dawn when the first lightning strikes started in the west and they just rolled on in. We were back at the cabin by 730. Bronker! Going west just bites!
  24. She knows about the thread! She also has a 442 and knows how to use it so........ Here it was later in the day. It was dry enough to move to a drying area but I didn't reinstall anything for a day to let it set in good. Here it is with it's safe mate. These are Sveltna and Tova. And I AM the collector so I didn't mind a bit if it's not Russki original. I'm actually looking for a 3rd Ivshek model so I can pass one down to each son. Sveltna, the top one, is still as I got it and will remain that way as she looks good just the way she is.
