That was very difficult to watch. I never drink until I am at the place at which I will lay my head for the night, usually at home. Unfortunately, that doesn't protect us from those who don't. Any form of distracted driving (impaired, texting, whatever) can be deadly. I cannot bring myself say thanks for posting, but it certainly was proper to post it. Well done.

If not easy to find on their website, each college financial aid office you contact should be able to give you their latest "estimated total cost of attendance." They must file that paperwork every year just like students must file a FAFSA to get aid and scholarships. The ETC will include everything from tuition to room and board to toothpaste and the occasional pizza. Good luck with whatever you decide!

It is just me, but I think I would talk to a lawyer (or maybe even one in each state) before I contacted the police department in question.

I thought I was probably a little low...it was just under $50,000 in 2007-2008. Yikes!

Estimated total cost of attendance at VU this year is around $52,ooo.

I saw the report on Channel 4, and I was left with the feeling that it was somewhat of a cheap shot against the TBI. The TBI relies upon the individual courts to send them the correct information in a timely manner. If the courts do not do so, it seems to me that that fault lies with the courts who are supposed to be providing the information, not the TBI. The TBI cannot make up the information out of thin air.

And the voting was unanimous according to one source I heard. Everyone in the soccer league gets a trophy, I guess.... I don't think you need to question the motives at all. I think you have the answer.

I concur that if one is hunting during handgun hunting season, one's hunting license covers that use. Somehow, when I saw the term "open carry," I didn't think of hunting....

My understanding of the law is the same as yours (IANAL, however). Open carry is legal in a state park if one has a permit, but not otherwise.

Many fear to do so, but two-thirds of the state legislatures can call for a convention. The problem is, there is no limit to what can be proposed in the convention.... NARA | The National Archives Experience As for a referendum...no, there is no provision in the U.S. Constitution for any form of referendum.

I went to the Knoxville News Sentinel website and got these results for the search term "restaurant shooting": knoxnews.com Site Search | Knoxville News Sentinel: Local Knoxville, Tennessee News Delivered Throughout the Day. The first article references a 16-year-old (how did he get a permit?); the other is a story from 2007.Perhaps Randy is channeling an alternate universe?

Check out here: Antique Reloading Tool Collector's Association-Index page frames They have a thread on Pacific Tool Company reloading tools, but a cursory glance revealed a handgun/rifle tool, but I bet they would love to see what you have....

Fortunately, no, but I have seen them. We saw a lot of boils at public schools a few years back, unfortunately. I'm still not convinced that it wasn't the amount of beer the "patient" consumed before the video was shot didn't have more to do with the lack of pain. From what I've seen (IANAMD), sebaceous cyst discharges seem to be more "string-like" and less "cottage-cheese-like" with much less blood mixed in than in the video, but again, I indeed may be wrong. It is true that there did not appear to be much redness at the site of the cyst, boil, or whatever it was. I'm guessing more likely a boil, as in the biblical plague. This may have been related to MRSA, maybe not....
