Trust drawn up 1st week of Feb.Went pending 1st week of March. Picked up today. E-filed 3 Form 4s.

Would anyone like to share what tax forms need to be submitted to the fed.gov ? I have searched the interwebs to no avail. I have an EIN and have bought a few guns over the net and sold a few FTF as well. Done about 100 transfers to about 40 individuals. Form numbers would be greatly appreciated. Websites .... I think I have seen all of them over the past 2 weeks. If I cannot figure this out, I am going to forfeit my license and turn in all records A&D, 4473, etc. and let the feds figure this out for themselves. I will begin denying xfers by weeks end, tired of the headaches from searching. The TTB website is a freaking nightmare. A lawyer/CPA referral in Desoto County would be just as helpful. PM if you feel the need for anonymity.

Hello....not a newbie, but a lurker. I am attempting to get my FFL01 again. I had let it expire in 1997 due to employment workload. I am now retired and would like to get back into Gunsmithy work again. The problem I am having is trying to figure out the 2 new forms added to the package. 1.Environmental Information 2.Supplemental Information on Water Quality Considerations - Under 33 U.S.C. 1341(a) Can anyone please assist me in filling these out? Dropped in one on my 99 dodge ram 1500 4x4. seemed to pick up a little more pep. need to clean it now and the with recharge kit. I like mine..... don't pay attention to gas mileage myself . Low gas light lights...i fill it up again.
