    I guess I am spoiled, my girlfriend loves my 1911 and likes my XD-45 so the only thing we usually have to work out is which one she carrys and which one I get to carry.

    I am not an attorney, but isn't this a violation of the 4th amendment to the constitution? Seems to me its unlawfull for the police to search people on a public street with out probable cause. Billy

    Just a thought, but since Tennessee's law will actually go into effect before Montana, if the Fed gov't decides to take Tenn to the Supreme court. Who would represent Tn?
