short answer NO. you can not have a barrel shorter than 16 inches on a rifle in the U.S. with out special registrations.

No thanks. biggest reason I don't is I don't think our existing courts truly understand how to read the Constitution. too many activist judges.

You do not have to obey an unconstitutional law. Not that I am advocating you do that, but if you really believe the law to not be constitutional, then get it over turned.

I am not a lawyer but the way I understand it, you have to be involved in the original law suit to file an appeal.
