Frank, if you are going to trash someone for your own personal gain, you should disclose the fact that you are a competitor up front. Is Buford's class the best? Understandable, but the Kahr has a longer trigger pull than the XD. I've carried both of mine for years. It's perfectly safe as is. Practice with it until you are comfortable AND used to the longer pull and you'll forget about the XD.

I had a PT111 a couple of years ago. Sold it and will never buy another Taurus auto again. After the third take-down pin broke, after the second I ordered a spare, It was gone. I sent one of the broken ones back to Taurus with a note attached. Never heard from them.

A couple of months ago I had Fist make me a nice semi-custom thumb-break holster for my Rossi 462. I found them very nice and professional to work with. My Rossi wasn't a gun they had on their gun list either. The fit and finish was perfect.

I compared the PPS in size weight to my Kahrs. The Kahrs are thinner, but the PPS is lighter by about 4oz. G&A has an article on the PPS this month. I wouldn't mind one for my wife, she has a difficult time racking the slide on my Kahrs. I would have to see if the PPS racks easier than my K9.
