i love my 45c!
3. very nice!
4. Might needs some help identifying some of this stuff. I found it at my grandmothers (grandfather passed about a year ago.) This stuff game from his father...early 1900's. First off is a helmet

Next is a gas mask-- Now--the next few items i need some help with. I took the best pictures i could to show the detail but i am no photographer. Text on this one says United States of America 1909

Thanks in advance for any help
5. Joe, mine did not come with factory night sights but i will order some this week. Noting wrong with the stock sights--i just prefer night sights on a carry gun. On to the range trip. i LOVE this gun. Recoil is very low for a .45 of this size (reminded me of a G26--maybe less.) It will take me a little while to get used to having a manual safety on a carry gun. I fired 120 rounds today (100 blazer, 20 Hornady Critical Defense) and i cannot report any failures. Gun was flawless thus far. I can't wait to take it to the range again. I did miss a little to the left on occasion --not at all the guns fault. I know i was "slapping" the trigger on a few shots....hence the flyer's to the left. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for concealable .45
6. Go see Tom at tri-cities gun depot--he has a few metro's in stock and they appear to be a great entry level 1911
7. First off, I owe a big thank you to Tom and Brian at Tri Cities Gun Depot! I try to research my purchases before showing up but i still end up handling every gun in the shop before making a decision. I have been looking for a winter carry gun. Its been a challenge. I wanted something in .45 but it needed to be concealable but yet large enough to handle comfortably. I can't say enough about how balanced this M&Pc .45 is in my hand. I will take it to the range and give a full report tomorrow. Until then; all i have to offer is a picture
8. I would love to know the dealer. Please PM me with the info if you dont want to publicly post.
9. Pictures or it didn't happen.............
10. no way--it didnt shoot him in the a$$
11. 5 posts and your already making jokes lmao
12. To be honest---i don't know what inspired me to buy this taurus. My wife thought it was "cute" but other than that it was completely out of line with the handguns i typically fall in love with. After owning it, i honestly can't think of a reason to own a gun this size. Its too fat (IMHO) for pocket carry and if you are carrying on the waistband you can find larger calibers that are concealed just as easy.....
13. CCI's are a big negative.
14. very nice!
15. I have the new "polymer" style. I haven't proved it to be completely reliable yet.
16. very nice
17. wow--i'd hate to be on that jury
18. I know i like the looks of it...
19. Parrothead

Whats it worth?

If you don't absolutely have to sale it---don't
20. I have a pt22---its ok when it works
21. I always carry at church. Lots of money trading hands (some of it being cash) and it is widely considered a gun free zone by the idiots who do the stuff posted above.
22. I'll be there.....I am more than happy to help Bill get food together. I think Joe (highlander) will try to make it also. I'll tell him to check in with you.
23. Shoot me a PM..you can shoot my pf-9. I typically go to the range Saturday morning and one afternoon during the week.
24. In addition to my carry gun I put a shotgun in the truck. Sure can't hurt anything.....
25. I'm looking for my first 1911. I want something i can carry once i become proficient with the 191 platform. I like the feel of the colt defender and the new agent. Any suggestions...I have heard mixed reviews on the Kimber's in my price range. I like the feel of the springers too..... So...i have no clue what i want,
