  1. No, you have to buy the optics ready version
  2. I have one and have put a few hundred rounds through it. I have had the problems as noted. That being said, its a very accurate pistol and I just purchased the heavy recoil spring from the guy on eBay. I haven't shot it yet, but just racking the slide feels like it will operate better.
  3. No, it's because of some cabins over the ridge complaining about the noise. It's really too bad that there's not a public range in or near Sevier County.
  4. I doubt that I'll renew this year, it's really just not worth it even though they lowered the dues to $100/year. I think I'll just drive out to Del Rio and use the Bubbling Springs range. It's only $2.00/car, doesn't matter how many people you have in the car. Oh, and it makes no sense having range #2 for 22 only. You can't even knock over the plates with a 22.
  5. Are forced reset triggers legal or not?
  6. 2004 Red Bank Rd Sevierville
  7. Stop out to Bada Bang, we have them in stock.
  8. It comes with a certificate of authenticity. We have them in our store.
  9. I’ve never really been into long range. I might throw a little lead from the AR out to 100, but most of my time is spent shooting the Tikka T1x 22LR at 50 and the pistols up close. If you join, maybe we’ll run into each other sometime.
  10. I am a current member. I joined last year and shortly after, I fell and shattered my wrist. So my first year was a waste. Since then they lost the lease on the property they have been at for many years. They moved to an adjoining property and have one pistol range, one pistol with steel plates and a 100 yard rifle range. They are working on plans for a 200 yard range. They no longer have a skeet range, but the cost per year has been lowered to reflect that. I’ve been up there a couple times this year as weather permits, and will continue to frequent the range more and more as the weather gets better and time permits. As long as your discipline isn’t long range or shotgun, you should be happy with a membership.
  11. Our power was out for about 6 hours, luckily about 2:00 am it started raining pretty hard so that really helped the firefighters.
  12. We’re doing fine. I heard two houses were lost.
  13. We peaked at about 80 mph. We are right at the base of the Smokys and it really whips down off the mountains.
  14. We are outside of Gatlinburg and there’s about 200 acres burning on Webb Mountain. It’s about 3 1/2 miles from our house. Winds are strong. If you’re in this area, be safe. Bluff Mountain and Wears Valley is having some action as well.
  15. We don’t have a league or shooting team, but we hold informal competitions in the Sevierville area. Check out our public Facebook page. Sevier County Gun Club - PUBLIC. We have kids categories.
