  1. Nice! I need to look into it a bit more. Maybe build a 6.5g upper that I can use on a multi-use lower. Got the 5.56 taken care of so far
  2. Got it, I’ll try to be ready for them!
  3. Got it, so it wasn’t so much reliability but ease of use. Thanks!
  4. Not a bad idea. I have had friend with KSGs and I heard that they’re nice but not the most reliable. I have no first hand experience, honestly.
  5. I’m not sure about the coyotes yet, just moved to the area. But we have a lot of small ground critters that like to eat the garden and chew on the orchard trees, that’s mostly what I’m thinking of. I do have the AR area covered, but not in 6.5 Grendel which I have been interested in, but haven’t pulled the trigger (pun intended). I like the idea of an IR sight too. Thanks for the advice! Curious how you have your 6.5 Grendel set up and what components/companies you used?
  6. Yes, I realize practice is key and I plan to become proficient with it. I’ve been looking at the 590a1 and they have some nice models. Thanks for the feedback!
  7. Thank you! I will look into this.
  8. Thank you for the feedback! I would prefer auto if possible but pump is fine. I’d like 6+ in the tube(the more the better). It would be nice to have it come with a decent sight or be capable of a red dot. Price range: under $500 if possible.
  9. It has been a while since I have been in the shot gun game. Looking for advice on a 12 gauge that I can use around the property for varmint abatement and also for home defense. Had a friend who had a supernova tactical and that was nice but on the pricey side. Any advice/wisdom is welcome, thanks!
  10. I think Henry just came out with a 5.56/.223 lever gun that takes AR mags. That might fit the bill.
  11. Thank you all! Yes, Dunlap is very nice, and a bit chilly right now haha
  12. Hello, my name is Andrew. Just moved to the area and am looking to make this area home. Grew up shooting short to medium range, but would like to get into longer range PRS type of shooting. My cousins husband recommended this site to me and I’m glad to have found it.
