I've got a couple Jeeps. And if that's not enough 4wd, I have this:
-
I use a french press and a blade grinder when traveling. Beats most hotel coffee. I was once pleasantly surprised when I found Douwe Egberts coffee at an Embassy Suites somewhere. Great stuff if you can find it. At home I use a burr grinder and a Gaggia espresso machine. Espresso is a habit I picked up traveling for business in Europe and haven't been able to kick. It's great in the morning but if I make some after dinner, I find myself looking for tools to fix something when I should be sleeping.

It seems to me that few things today are made with the quality and craftsmanship that was the standard in "the good old days". I guess license plates can now be added to that list. Are these still being made by our prison population or are they now coming from somewhere outside the USA?

I'm not as active here as I used to be. I bought some "recreational property" a couple years ago so now instead of talking about shooting, I go shoot. I will say that when I have time to visit the interwebs, TGO is always one of the first places I go. Yes, it has changed some over the years but my hat's off to the TGO staff for keeping this an excellent resource for firearm information, a great place to buy and sell most anything, and have an occasional laugh. I do miss getting together with some of the members at the range but I don't miss the range.

So sorry for your loss. I know words can't really help. My thoughts are with you.

I often travel to southern Louisiana (south of I-10) for work. My favorite place to eat is 1921 Seafood in Houma. It looks a bit like a shack but the portions are generous and the food is... well, let's just say I gained 12 pounds in one week during a visit.

I'm happy to pay higher gas prices if it means there's fewer idiots on the roads.

Any other Game of Thrones fans? ***CONTAINS SPOILERS***

I lost interest last season. -
I carry OWB when riding. It's about the only time I make no effort to conceal in public. Never been a problem.

I've got a couple of strings of Christmas lights made from empty 12 gauge shells. :hiding: -
That's the one. http://www.cnn.com/2014/03/18/showbiz/celebrity-news-gossip/courtney-love-missing-plane/

With ammo availability today, I'd be manufacturing it if I could.

I'll believe it when a boat gets there for a closer look. It could be any debris. From the satellite pictures they're showing on Fox News, it looks a bit like the same debris Courtney Love spotted a day or two ago. Wouldn't it be a shocker if she got that right?

Never. Really. According to my wife, I can barely hit the bowl.

I'm a little concerned. Not because I only hit 10 of 20 but because it seems many men must have some fascination with urine. When I pee, I just pee. I never thought of making a game of it. Well, maybe if there's snow on the ground but that didn't make the list. Are there really men that use Facebook?

The picture looks suspicious. I'd be more likely to believe the size if the guy had his hand on the pig or if he had rested the rifle against the pig. From the perspective we have, the guy could be 6' behind the pig making him appear smaller. I did camera tricks like that when I was 10 years old. No Photoshop required. I'm not saying it's faked. It just doesn't provide proof. The other photo shown in the video was the same way. I do think it's a big pig, just maybe embellished.

My thoughts as well. I don't remember WWII or the Korean war but the rest is quite true.

According to the web site, it looks like you can see one today at the Knoxville Airport Hilton.

Nikki used to pop up on TGO from time to time. That's how I originally heard her story.

Put the rain tires on!

My friends in Louisiana tell me that everyone from north of I-10 is a yankee.

The pace car fire was the most exciting part of the race. Nothing like putting one of your products on live national TV and watching it catch fire.

$350 would be a great deal. $400 would be reasonable. I have a couple RIAs and they have been as reliable as my Dan Wesson CBOB, just not as pretty. All are more accurate than I am. I've also heard that RIA has top notch customer service.
