  8. Hmmm... not so good... Obama and the economy Results Q. The president's progress with the battered economy has been both praised and criticized. How well are his efforts measuring up with you? Extremely well. We are undoubtedly moving in the right direction. 12%Fairly well. There's still a long way to go. 8% Not well at all. 19. I have learned something new today. I always just put air in my tires. I guess I need to start thinking outside the box.

  21. Almost missed today
  22. The P3AT is perfect in the pocket. To draw an analogy, if I need to cut down a tree, I'll use an axe but I'll still have a pocket knife in my pocket. For cutting down bad guys, I'll use a 1911 but I'll still have a P3AT in my pocket. It's better to have it and not need it than the other way around. My P3AT has never failed at the range. I hope that's the only place I'll ever use it.
  23. There was a post I thought I made Tuesday evening that wasn't there last night. I figured I must have hit the wrong button or something. It's good to know that perhaps it wasn't me but not so good about the server issues. I guess with this electronical interweb stuff things are bound to happen occasionally.
  24. I know you were addressing the ladies out there but I thought I'd toss in my .02. My wife has totally embraced shooting. She's bought more guns lately than I have. And she is as good a shot as I am. She would say better. Let her start with something small and let her move up at her own pace. My wife now has her own .45 1911 and a Bond Arms Snake Slayer .45/.410. Serious wepons. Not to mention several other guns that belong to her. She craves the smell of burnt gunpowder. It's great to have an activity that we can enjoy together. Going to the range is a wonderful way to relax and release the frustrations of a hard week. It's a bonding experience. This could be the start of something great for you and your wife. And something that could become a little expensive. It's worth it. Just don't make the mistake of picking up one of her guns and shooting without asking. They get possesive about their guns!
  25. That's MY money!
