    MADE!

I still like the response someone posted recently in a similar thread. Ignore the person and covertly speak into your wristwatch.
  3. Considering the current state of affairs around the world, perhaps this may soon be useful; Wild Game Recipes| Armadillo Recipes
  4. It's kinda like women. You find the best ones when you're not looking. Seriously, you've chosen good criteria.
  5. I can't argue that but information is power and information will be on paper.
  6. When you grow up without discipline, you believe there are no consequences to your actions.
  7. My condolences. I have more love for my dogs than I do for most people I know. And that includes some family. I only wish there was something I could say to ease the pain but I know, from experience, there isn't. I lost a dog earlier this year and planted a tree at her grave behind the house. Her name was Pippi, like in Longstockings, and I call the tree Pippi's tree. It helps me feel that she's still close by me.
  8. Hearing the truth has become offensive to many. Mark@Sea is on the money.
  9. I've never been able to wear flip flops. I can't stand the feel of something stuck between my toes. It's as uncomfortable as wearing a thong! Alright, I don't really know about the thong thing but flip flops, to me, are just thongs for your feet. I suppose they have their place but they're clearly not for everyone.
  10. My first thought was...who is Alexandria and why would she want to do that? OK, kidding. Voted, 64/36 now against a ban.
  11. When the EMP occurs, I'll still have my books. The Kindle will be worthless.
  12. Exactly the first thought I had.
  13. Just finished "One Second After" by William Forstchen. It was especially interesting to me because of the ties to the Asheville, NC area. Home territory for me and I have been to and could visualize many of the locations in the book. A great read and I understand it's being made into a movie. Books are always better than the movie. I'm now into "Edge" by Jeffery Deaver. A real edge (no pun intended) of the seat page turner. Anything new in Deaver's Lincoln Rhyme series is also a must for me. Also, anything by John Sanford, especially the the "Prey" series. Better if read in the order written but still very good in any order.
  14. Make it yours, treat it like you love it, and it will last you the rest of your life.
  15. A gunbuster sign on the door makes a business invisible to me. And I believe in their right to be invisible.
  16. I think that's the point with auctions.
  17. I found it interesting that the description of the robber tells me only that the culprit was a man and that he wore a shirt although the victim was apparently observant enough to be able to identify the manufacturer of the robber's handgun. Robber on the run after Redbox hit
  18. +1
  19. Frost on the pumpkin
  20. There will always be those that insist that their beliefs should be imposed on all others. Self righteousness. When you begin to tell me how I should live my life, your voice becomes insignificant. Live and let live. You worry about your business and keep your nose out of mine. +1 for the OP.
  21. Prayers for you and yours.
  22. A DeSantis Superfly actually sticks to the inside of your pocket. The gun comes out very smoothly. I've done the Uncle Mike's and a couple Galcos but like the DeSantis much better. I'm actually on my second DeSantis. My wife liked my first one.
  23. Have one in my pocket right now.
