    They are not completely u controllable. The fact is that crime rates are "supposedly " down because crime isnt listed as crime anymore. In memphis, chilren with guns are NOT being arrested, in fact they are returned to their guardians with only a summons.

    Just another member who appreciates firearms and the freedoms that are protected by the 2nd amendment of our constitution. I have been collecting for over 40 years.
