I’ve carried a Canik sub compact for almost 3 years now and love it, but I’m thinking of adding a 2011 commander size to my rotation since they are a bit more high quality and hold more rounds

I like red because it stands out well against most (if not all) backgrounds, but green is good because it helps with my astigmatism. To compromise if found that an enclosed red dot works best for me because with it being enclosed it helps dramatically with my astigmatism but it also stands out against backgrounds with it being red. I suggest try out a bunch of your friends optics and see what you like!

Thoughts on my next buy?!

Yeah I’m looking to do the same, I love wearing shorts in the summer and was wondering if anybody had any advice or thoughts on belly bands or other equipment that could help if I want to full size carry in warmer weather.

Yeah I just purchased the eps carry because I have a touch of astigmatism and have heard that it helps to eliminate the starburst effect on the dot

‘Im curious to see y’all’s opinion on the stealth arms platypus? I’m highly considering getting the commander size and pairing it with a holosun eps and tlr7 light I have laying around and use this setup to carry when I work security at my church, any thoughts?

I carry the Canik TP9 Elite SC, I have the mecanik mo1 red dot on it and it shoots incredibly accurate and reliable up to 35 yards consistently it has probably the best trigger out of the box of any handgun you’ll ever buy

I’m definitely looking to buy one but still struggling on deciding whether to go with the commander or the government barrel length, I’m looking to have this as my new carry gun but don’t want to sacrifice accuracy if I go with a shorter barrel
