  1. I've only got a single nozzle on my printer, but I'm really impressed with their water soluble support filament, too.
  2. Cool. I've been messing around with some of the CarbonX filament - in my case PLA with carbon fibers impregnated. I haven't done actual strength testing - but I like the results so far. It's not that much more expensive than a spool of regular PLA. https://www.3dxtech.com/carbon-fiber-3d-filaments/carbonx-pla-cf/
  3. Fun. Are you printing in PLA or ABS?
  4. I’m kind of surprised Ivanka hasn’t filed to run for his seat yet.
  5. What a stupid way to die.
  6. Someone said to me earlier, "He was my first movie star crush. He could sing and dance, looked good in a suit, and genuinely hated Nazis."

    Tires

I put a set of Goodyear Kevlar ATs on my Tacoma in November after the previous set last 65k miles with no issues at all. Super happy with them. Great tire. Right at $800 OTD. I think there was a rebate I sent in later - maybe $100?

    Tires

If I get 40,000 miles out of a set of tires, I'm gonna be mad.
  9. I found close in an old harbor freight assortment I had sitting around. It's only 3/4" though. We're going to need to see show and tell when you're done.
  10. Prayers for you guys. Please reach out if there’s anything this community can help with.
  11. If McMaster-Carr doesn’t have it, I’d stop looking and just spring for the one from Winchester.
  12. That looks great.
  13. Their toggle action that they acquired with the Summit acquisition is such a neat action.
  14. It’s been a minute since I’ve been on Volquartsen’s site. I have to stay off of there for the sake of my marriage. I had missed that they’ve now got what’s essentially a .22 WMR version of the 22/45. So, thanks for that. Dang it.
  15. Wow. That's a bargain.
  16. You’ll have to buy a phone that’s compatible with whatever network they’re riding on. As such, it’s probably worth buying from their vendor. Was the Kyocera an old flip phone? If it was, it might be worth checking Amazon or EBay to see if you could just purchase the samE model.
  17. I’m not sure their definition of “peer review” would withstand much in the way of actual peer review. That said, this may be the only time I’ve ever read is someone being accused of willfully violating the Paperwork Reduction Act.
  18. What do you think that hog's age was? It's such an outlier. You could hunt the rest of your life and never see another hog within 100lbs of that one.
  19. That's a sweet old FJ. I keep telling myself I'm going to buy another one. I need another project like I need a hole in my head.
  20. Neat!
  21. I just can't come around to that tanto profile on the PM2. It makes it harder to sharpen - I don't know that it's worth it.
  22. They called that thing the "thumb buster" for a reason. Maybe try it in slow motion first I can still remember a friend of mine peeling back the skin on the top of his thumb from running one fast with not quite the right grip.
  23. It looks like it’s in great shape.
  24. I guess they’re gonna have to kick him out of their basement.
  25. Yours is the one that got me interested in it.
