  1. Monell's 1235 6th Ave. North Or, if you're in the mood for cheap and fast - Cori's Dog House - 29th and West End.
  2. Wow! I'd consider yourself very lucky! That could have ended a lot worse.
  3. Looking at the stats on the sharing site, it looks like a fair number of people are watching these, so here's the next installment: Kingdom Politics - Week 05 - Discipleship and Patriotism http://player.vimeo.com/video/51067442
  4. I'm in.
  5. Without a letter from the ATF stating it's okay or a tax stamp, I'd say it's illegal as all get out.
  6. Wasn't reorientation therapy debunked decades ago? I get the desire to 'change' people that makes this appealing to certain groups and maybe some families, but this is pseudoscience at best and highly unethical at its worst.
  7. Blackhorn 209 fan here. Needs a hot primer, though
  8. If you want to swing by my office one day, you can take a look at mine. If you'll give me a heads up the day before, I'll throw my full size Military into the mix as well. I'm in Brentwood.
  9. This story just keeps on giving. They held a press conference in the middle of campus: http://www.outkickthecoverage.com/tennessee-fraternity-denies-buttchugging-charge-in-press-conference-that-really-happened.php

    Levi

I'm a big fan of Old Crow Medicine Show. This afternoon, I heard their lead singer talking about their song "Levi" off their newest album. As he related, the song is about Lt. Leevi Barnard who was killed in Baghdad back in 2010. Listening to a story remembering him on NPR, they related how he liked Old Crow. That moved Ketch to jot down a few lines, and ended up both recording the song and performing it for his family. He said, "it's not pro-war or anti-war, it's about a kid who gave his life over there." Pretty cool. It's worth a listen. Here they are performing it on WRLT here in Nashville:
  11. I can pretty much put the kibosh on an official TGO table at shows, as I'm certain there are liability issues for corporate participants at gunshows that would come into play. That said, if you're looking to get a personal table at shows, feel free to post it in the events section and let everyone know about it. If other members want to share the cost and participate, then y'all can work out the details privately.
  12. We're going to need video of that!
  13. From my perspective it's still Apple vs. everybody else in the space. Both my three year old and my 85 year old grandmother can use it. That says a lot.
  14. I figure whether they will or won't, at least it will get me off of the email forward list. So it's a win/win!
  15. Boy, I wish they were doing that at our extension. I'd love to go.
  16. Kingdom Politics - Week 04 - Church/State Relations in America http://player.vimeo.com/video/50548069 Is it rude to send someone a link to a video from church when they send you one of those obnoxious emails about how our devout, Protestant forefathers are disappointed in us? I'll let you know - because it seems like I get about 10 a week right now.
  17. I can't visit that site without spending $50.
  18. That's great.
  19. That whole post makes me smile! Sounds fun.
  20. I'm really intrigued of late by the tiny 3 weight rods. They look like a ton of fun for finessing some little fish out of little streams.
  21. NonexistentThey've got plenty of parking, too.
  22. If you hit the Varsity make sure you get an order of rings and a fried peach pie, too. I have friends who have moved all over the nation, but when they come home for Thanksgiving, they go eat at the Varsity. It's one of the only places I've ever been where you can see a guy in a $2000 suit and a guy who doesn't have $2 to his name standing next to one another eating the same chili dog and drinking a Coke. My three year old thinks it's the funniest thing in the world to order a yankee dog walkin' (a hot dog with a yellow stripe down it's back to go).
  23. That's really nice. Be sure to let us know how it runs!
  24. Atlanta is a good town. Stay in good areas, like any city and you'll be fine. Get some Varsity chili dogs while you're there. Get your kid a frosted orange. Have fun.
  25. Those look great! What's the underlying material, micarta?
