I'm so sorry to hear this.   I've been close to a couple of suicides over the years and they've really taught me two things.  One, depression is not a problem, it's a disease.  And two, there have got to be some better solutions for chronic pain management - even if those fall outside of our traditional norms.  Our society treats so many problems with simple patches when there are no easyfixes.  We've got to do a better job on both fronts.

The best I've seen is the special the discovery channel sponsored a few years ago called JFK: Beyond the Magic Bullet.   It was a pretty cool setup from a shooter's perspective and the threaded the needle on the magic bullet.   I'd definitely recommend it.

We caught it on an empty day and pretty much had the run of the place. I don't know about the rest of my crew, but I had fun.

My wife makes a lasagna with bechamel sauce that is out of this world good - straight out of Classics of Italian Cooking. It's usually about 3.5 hours off and on because the sauce simmers and reduces down a lot. The frozen ones that are edible practically cost more than making one from scratch. Factor in the time it takes to "cook" and the quality and I think I'd rather just have a sandwich.

Yeah, that's at least as tight as a Raven Phantom.  I'll have to give one a try.

I'd love to see some pictures of how that thing actually rides.   It's a nice looking rig.  I've found a Raven setup that I like, and that's the order I stick with.  But, I sure like the leather lining on this one!

The anonymity of the developers was the primary reason I never really trusted it.  Despite the independent audit they just went through, that's a big issue to me.   I expect it's not the last we'll hear of the story.  If they got some type of notice like Ladar Levison, I expect we'll hear about it.

It does seem at this point that the developers have backed away from it.   There seem to be three schools of thought:   The developers just got tired of doing it and stepped away Their SourceForge page got hacked They got some type of court order similar to Lavabit I might add a fourth - I lean towards some sort of dead man's switch being flipped.   I don't know that it matters, the product can't be trusted at this point.
