  1. That's fun.  Sort of an indian fire in metal.
  2. Martin's is great - and consistent. I like Burger Republic in Lenox Village. Burger Up is too dense for my taste. Gabby's is pretty good
  3. I've not had any issue with my BHO using Glock mags - truthfully, for the first few magazines it would occasionally catch with some rounds left in the magazine.   I found that a break in period helped.  It's been a non-issue since.  Mine likes to be run pretty wet, too.
  4. Nice!
  5. It sounds to me like you're at that tricky point where you've actually got to double down and commit to doing the rest of the work - or be happy where she is today.  And, from this thread and your ad, I expect that's what's really bugging you.  You're weary from the work you've already put in - and Lord knows you've spent more than you'll ever get back out.  So, you're at a bit of an impasse.   Your ad is rich enough that if anyone bites - they're not going to use it as a beater, they're going to do the work.  It's a seemingly perfect out.  They'll restore it the rest of the way, and you can dedicate the funds to another project.  If it doesn't sell, you've likely got your answer as well.  You guys can buckle down and finish the job.   You may be a bit like I was when I got my 1977 FJ40.  It was the first car that I ever bought, and I restored it as much as I could on my college student budget in the early 90's.  I loved that truck.  I had to sell it when I moved to Seattle for grad school because I needed a car that was really reliable - not just mostly reliable.  I missed that truck dearly.  That said, it didn't take long in the XJ that I traded for it for some of that longing to wear off.  I liked being able to get out of my new truck without smelling like exhaust.  I liked being able to have a conversation with the passenger without yelling.  It was a trade off, but a good one at the time.   20 years later, I'd love to get another one.  I've got a CJ7 that I've restored, and it's great for sunny days.  Whenever I drive it I really miss that old FJ.  So that said, if you sell it, you'll miss it dearly.  It sounds like you guys are in a place in your life where you can likely afford to keep it.  But it also sounds like it may take a while to do the rest of the body work.   If you get an offer at your price, that's likely somebody who's going to love that truck.  I'd sell it and feel good about it.  That said, if it sits for a while and doesn't bring what you want - you've likely got your answer, too.  Buckle down and get that truck done.
  6. I don't have a PS4, but I use a thunderbolt cable to use an iMac as an external display with my MacBook all the time. I'd guess it would work the same with the PS4.
  7. I find it helpful to replace "opinion polls show" with "Americans that still have landlines that answer unsolicited phone calls from numbers they don't recognize think."     It really helps put it all into perspective.
  8. That's awful!   I've all but quit fishing Priest.  Between the traffic on the lake and the general sketchiness of a lot of the ramps and surrounding lots, I've about had it with the lake.  Add to the fact that I actually hit a submerged car in 2013 and I just don't have much use for it anymore.   There are a lot of really good under pressured rivers around that I find more enjoyable - especially in the kayak.
  9. I'm so sorry to hear this.  Cancer is a cruel enemy.  Here's praying that y'all find some comfort as a family as you go through this.
  10. I'll take a good Blackthorn walking stick over a sword cane any day of the week.
  11. They may be more manipulated right now than they were back in '98 and '99.  They're basically a blind roulette spin without significant data and inside information.
  12. Sending mine your way today, Steve.
  13. I did find it interesting in the Democratic debate last night that Hillary accused Bernie Sanders of voting against the Brady Bill.
  14. And people wonder why I carry a gun...
  15. You're definitely not the first one who's dealt with this stuff.  As such, I would guess there are some good resources out there to help you guys as a family unit through it.   It might be worthwhile to seek the advice of a professional.  Not to mention that it might be nice to have someone who can help your daughter process the things she's feeling,
  16. I like that a lot. Looks great!
  17. What a fun day! Good memories for sure.
  18. Yeah, I originally switched to the wildcats to shoot heavy, slow stuff suppressed. But, the 110gr 300Blk is really a great little round. I've yet to have anything fill out a complaint card because I didn't hit it hard enough.
  19. Oh, the 325gr out of the 338 Spectre work just great! I was really testing the 110gr in the blackout to see how I felt about making a wholesale switch away from 5.56. I wanted something with some legs.
  20. Sam, is the issue that you can't shoot it where you are? Thousands of people have had exactly this issue. Most of them have solved it by getting a little powder behind it and blowing it.
  21. I like AA#9 for 10mm - as a bonus, it's got a flash suppressant in the mix as well.  I've had good luck with BE-86, too.     Accurate's load data from their site has been spot on for me on 10mm.
  22. I've been really happy with 110gr performance on hogs.  I'm currently running a heavier round, but haven't had any complaints about the light and fast rounds in the caliber.
  23. They're loads of fun. I'm actually considering giving mine a big brother now that high capacity .45 mags are available.
  24. Just for the record, I'll buy one in a heartbeat.  BTW, Elon Musk announced today a 620 mile range on the Tesla in 2 years and autonomous within 3.
