Nothing to add except a reminder that electricity will kill you dead - in pretty short order. If you aren't positive you know what you're doing - call someone who is.

Man, I like that. We'd need a little more width to get two Pro Anglers up there, but I like that setup.

My 9mm DDLES variant shoots a lot softer than I expected. I can't imagine you'll run into issues that a heavier spring and buffer won't soak up appropriately.

I don't have anything to add. But, I'm sure interested in what you find out! Can't wait to see this one get up and running.

Maybe it's his strategy to bankrupt them $0.47 at a time.

In that case, he needs a loose, mil-spec 1911 like a RIA or something. Maybe a nice cerakote job so that it can be thrown in an ultrasonic cleaner every now and then.

Seems like your first pistol should be a working pistol. My vote is a moderately priced 1911 or maybe a Hi-Power. Something metal with some history behind the platform. A wheel gun isn't out of the question, either. We're it me, I'd probably go with a j-frame variant that can serve him forever. My kids are still a ways from being 18, but they're already scrambling for position on my MK III & 22/45s that have gotten the full race dragon treatment. Something like that or an old Model 41 would be pretty cool.

That's good to know you're making sheaths for these. -
I've got one of the MicroMark 7x14's that you're welcome to come and play with if you want to try it out.

You're paying for two stamps for each item if you go that route. A form 4 for you, and then a form 4 for the trust when you transfer it in. -
I'm not seeing the nose dive. They don't appear to be up for the year, but the day, week and month seem to be in the black. I'm not a Pandora user, but I just don't see the market at large punishing this.

Possible DDoS going on today. Hang with us.

My tomatoes have some serious height to them this year. Even in 54" cages I've lost some due to the wind in the last week.

Try and have a normal Saturday and someone leaves the door open... i really want to lock this one up, but I have a feeling there's still some gold yet to be found.

I'm hopeful that our country will come out the back end of this with stronger protections for individuals. While it's causing a lot of pain right now, it's also shining a bright light on problems in a lot of cases. I could probably say a lot about this, but I'll just say I'm sympathetic. You'll hear a lot of people push back, but as a general rule they're not black and dead because they had a broken taillight or were selling loose cigarettes.

I'm really proud to see this. Congrats on the success so far!

Don't get your hopes up?

I'm hopeful Chris Thile was a good pick for a replacement. Time will tell, I guess. Don't take it too hard, Mac. I read a long interview with Keillor the other day, who stated that he still has a lot of creative stuff left that he wants to do. The show kind of had him boxed in, so he had to let it go - a second time as it turns out to give these other opportunities some time. I read another piece the other day talking about how NPR is having a bit of an existential crisis. A lot of their hosts and their listeners are getting older. The older Magliozzi brother died last year. Terry Gross is in her 60's. Now Garrison Keillor is retiring. And a lot of young listeners are turning to podcasts and other formats.

Weird. I don't know if that's excluded in the new software or what. Let me look at it.

Where do you camp overnight? I love the Caney, but my understanding was that most of the land was private.

If I appreciate my Yeti for one thing, it's that my wife won't touch it. Fill that dude up with fish a couple of times and it'll be right where you left it the last time you cleaned it out.
-
I'll take it, we could spot schools for miles up there

Yeah, there's no rocket science to rotomolded plastic with better insulation. If Yeti is to be credited with anything, it's finding a niche and showing that there's an alternative to igloos that need replacing every other year. I've got a midsize Yeti that is a great cooler. The fact that it can be pressure washed is definitely a feature in my book. Being dry ice capable is also nice when you need it to get really cold. I think we're going to see some great innovation over the next couple of years. You've already seen the market change with competitors (ORCA, RTIC, Atlas, etc...) and prices drop (see Rob's group buy). Some are even starting to innovate - not just copy. Those Atlas's that Rob posted have better, thinner insulation. The fan boys have driven Yeti's pricing - it seems to be the classic they'll pay more if you'll just show them a way how. That said, I'm excited to see where coolers are in a couple of years when things equilibrate. I've been on big boats with freezers, but those seem to be the big diesels that are also carrying gensets. My uncle has a 30' parker that's fished 100's of days offshore. We still use ice on that one.
