    You’re making it way more complicated than is necessary. That said, ensure the shop is willing to deal with it as the rules for them have changed on that recently and made it a big enough pain in the ass that many ain’t touching 80% stuff.

    I’m a dry rub guy for my ribs. Also, I was unaware of the sauce base at the BBQ Shop, so maybe I like mustard sauces more than I thought. I really, really love their hot BBQ sauce.
