  1. I thought it was funny.
  2. On the surface I would agree with you, but I think negligence is negated by the intentional illegal acts of another. Try this analogy, if say, someone doesn't lock their front door, is in the back yard and someone breaks in and steals a gun. They then shoot someone else with that gun, is the homeowner liable? The were negligent in not locking their door.
  3. The difference between this product and the Akins Accelerator is that unlike the AA it doesn't contain its own spring or any other mechanical devices to facilitate bump firing and requires the operator to maintain forward pressure on the firearm and rearward pressure on the grip (a distinct movement with each fired round). The AA required nothing more than holding the trigger down. Thus far it has been approved by the FTB of the BATFE. That being said the AA received initial approval as well...
  4. I would be cautious about storing boxes without taking precautions against spiders and other pests (like mice or rats). Cardboard attracts spiders and makes great nesting material for rats and mice. Liberal use of mothballs and storing the boxes inside of sealed plastic totes should help prevent an infestation. Maybe it is just me, but no amount of perceived or actual added value of the original box is worth having to deal with spiders and mice.
  5. No, but I hear her constantly "Are you going to spend all night on that damn message board or are you going to pay attention to me?"

  16. from Handgunlaw.us School property/school functions (School busses are school property) unless gun is unloaded, in an enclosed container (but NOT in the glove box or console) and in the vehicle. A car's trunk is considered an enclosed container. However, a concealed handgun permit holder can have a loaded, concealed handgun in the vehicle while in the school parking lot, traffic circle, etc. The concealed handgun and the permit holder must stay in the vehicle. Firearms are not banned from property open to the public where a school function is being held unless that property is being used exclusively for the school function. Violation of this statute is a felony
